I have LSU and Oklahoma playing for the title this year. Finally for the first time in a while I'm selling Boise. I think they lost a couple of key pieces and while they'll be very good, I don't think this is the year to be trumpeting them as a national contender like we have in other years. I'd love for them to prove me wrong.

I believe because that thread was mainly about the end of last season and offseason happenings. This thread is about the start of the 2011 season.

Fully fledged Cowboy after my exchange time at OSU. I see no reason why we cant replicate the 11-2 from last year. As long as Weeden puts a bit more thought into his game, we'll be fine. Too many cheap INTs last year.

Early bowl projections I've seen has your guys squaring off against mine in the Cotton Bowl.

Ideally of course our respective teams will be in BCS bowls, but if that scenario came to pass, it'd be a fun match-up.

Kinda what I'm thinking.

The Hogs season all hinges on how Tyler Wilson does in his first full season. They have every other weapon ( sans DJ Williams at tight end, who's gonna be missed) back.

Honestly without those late INTs,( and the fumble that wasn't, but don't get me started) even that game wouldn't have been a blowout.

Honestly, I think Ok State's only obstacles this year are OU and A&M, and I think we can still squeak out a win over A&M.

OU will be the wild card. But realistically, this is what I think might happen. I think OU will go 12-0 in the regular season and go to the national championship game, but Ok State will go 11-1 and will be given an at large BCS bid, most likely to the Fiesta Bowl.
