I'm upset Jericho didn't win, but aside from that I was entertained by the Rumble. Had some actual good comedy in places. Plus, Kharma.
I'll give it a 7.

A solid 9. Some great spots, great surprise competitors (and the f****** mark out worthy Kharma!) and a great final two battle that felt like it could go either way. I even loved the commentators all taking turns. But there were one too many moments when nothing was happening, which shouldn't happen in the Royal Rumble.

9. Best match since 2007 easy.
I also don't get the comments about guys getting precious spots. I can give you Kane, but did we REALLY need to see triple H or Cena? Would a couple extra udner card guys really make the Rumble more exciting?

8 seems about right. Great commentary (yeah, cannot believe I said that), good surprises, Ricardo and, while I didn't want Sheamus to win, a deserving winner.
it was just too jobberish at the beginning and the Foley/Santino stuff was beyond stupid.

6. I enjoyed some moments (Ricardo, Kharma) but having all three commentators enter, Big Show ruining the two best Rumble performances with a stupid elimination, and Sheamus winning ruined it for me.

I gave it a 9. Would have been 10 had Jericho won, but you can't get everything. That's what I came here to say. 9 as it is. 10 if Jericho had won.

For being so jobberriffic it was an amazing match.

Yeah, the Cody and Miz elimination bugged me. The guys were on fire then it just ended out of nowhere.

Pros of the match:
1: Ricardo was f***ing hilarious. I like ADR, but Ricardo more than made up for the trolling 2: The Socko/Cobra standoff was fun too 3: Kofi walking on his hands... I think they're going to run out of ways for acrobatic guys to creatively avoid elimination. We had Rey hopping on people's backs, Morrison turning into spider-man, and now this. I don't know if there will be as good of a save as that. 4: A first-time guy won it. I like it when it's someone different. 5: The final two confrontation was really, really good.
Cons: 1: Too long of a stretch of filler. They made the front of the match funny, the end full of all the ME's, and the middle with announcers, quick eliminations and a whole lot of nothing. It seemed like they were throwing guys out there really quickly without any plan for them to do anything. 2: That really led to it lacking that big time feel overall. Thing is, I like Sheamus and I like him winning, but it just felt like they didn't put effort into 2/3 of the entrants. 3: No Kane. I know they don't want to have him look weak by having him eliminated, but damn it, him not being in the match just feels wrong. He should be eliminating 5 or 6 guys.
Overall, it was a fun match, but not one of the better ones.

8.
Serious fun. Cobra v. Socko. Ricardo.
Decent End Drama.
I took a point off for them wasting a spot on Jinder Mahal when they could've went and got another good surprise entrant.
I don't understand the idea of "Wasted Spots." Because of less on midcard talent? Heath Slater running in and being tossed out instead of Hacksaw? Just leads to "Oh no, why do they waste Heath! Treated him like a jobber!" when with Hacksaw it's "USA USA USA" and other various things followed by and actual emotion when he's eliminated.
I missed the 1st match with Bryan/Show, sadly. But, coming in around the time Cena/Kane started, I found the whole thing pretty enjoyable.

I think I'll go with a solid 8. It was a little TOO goofy at times near the beginning and it seemed like they were rushing the hell out of it but there were some great moments (Ricardo, Kharma) and I liked the final two so all in all, not the best but a good Rumble.
Also, I could see the Lawler/Booker/Cole stuff coming, but how did Lawler and Cole not notice that Booker wasn't wearing pants the entire time?

As I said in another thread, it's hard to rate for me. Yes, there were a ton of awesome moments in the match, such as Ricardo, Kharma returning, Kofi's handstand, etc. But overall, it just seemed underwhelming to me. Maybe it was due to the abundance of people in it that everyone knew wasn't going to win. Of the top of my head, the only ones I thought had a chance to win were Miz, Dolph, Sheamus, Orton, Jericho, and Big Show. That's not bad, considering it's 1/5 of the field. But here's the problem: for half the match, Miz was the only one I saw who I thought could win (no offense Cody). Of the other 5 I listed, Dolph was the next one to enter, at 18. If they had spaced out those guys a bit more apart, it probably would've been better. As it is, I'm probably going to rate it a 4. There were still good moments, but I was just completely uninterested in the match itself until the final quarter of it.

7 - it had its moments, but it kinda exposed the lack of star power across the card that WWE has at the moment.

Really disappointed with it, 4/10. Some nice moments but lacking star power, jobberiffic, underwhelming winner and no payoff for Y2J's promo on the last RAW.

Those who claim it wasn't creative, I don't know what more you want.
Kharma returning and whooping ass.
Hacksaw being OOOOOOVER
Road Dogg being OOOOOVER
Ricardo...just Ricardo
Foley and Santino with the epic standoff
Some of the best Rumbles ever haven't been this creative. 1992 was pretty by the book and was still great. 2001 was by the book pretty much. 2000 had some surprises and moments but didn't do anything revolutionary.
What were people expecting?

5. They had 3 announcers, a comic ring announcer in there instead of guys on the roster who are not injured. They could have used Mason Ryan, Heath, and D-Mac in there instead of the announcers. The crowd mostly going for Jericho then being disappointed was very predictable. The older established guys always outshine the newer guy that people like but don't really like. Also lately they are putting the most popular guy in last 2 entrants and most hated heel #1 the match is losing its unpredictability. Big Show being 30 was like a fart in church.

Y'know, I don't really get the announcer complaint. Cole was to have a memorable moment with Kharma, King and Booker are a hell of a lot more over than the Trent Barettas of the world, and Ricardo was awesome.
