That match saved the show for me. Awesome, with all kinds of amazing moments, and I was very glad to see Miz and Cody put in the two longest performances in the match - both of them have been needing something like that. And I think Cody got the most eliminations.
So... Yeah, I think I'll say eight. Not the best ever and some problems I had with it, but awesome match.

I'll give it a 9. Way too many jobbers for a 10. Still, it had some amazing moments:
1. Ricardo rolling up in an ass-busted hooptie. 2. Mr. Socko vs. The Cobra stand-off. 3. KHARMA, Hacksaw, Khali, and Road Dogg returning. 4. The STAGGERING silence Jinder Mahal got. 5. Kofi's hand-walk.
Kinda fizzled towards the end, but it was still really enjoyable.

The only ones that really annoyed me were Cole, Lawler, and Booker.
9!
EDIT: And this is actually the first time I've watched a Rumble live, I just realized that!

One thing that bugged me - Kane's streak is over.

I also really liked King and Booker getting in there. Once again showing you how unpredictable the match is. A great final standoff between Jericho and Shemaus also makes it a really fantastic match despite being jobber central. The crowd was really hot throughout most of it.

3 or so I guess. And that isn't because Jericho didn't win. Just the entire match save for a moment or two was so f***ing dull. It got tedious, and I've rarely had a Rumble come off like that for me.

I gave it a 9. Would have been 10 had Jericho won, but you can't get everything.

It was very... odd. I think the WWE is hurting from a combination of injuries and the equivalent of being a "rebuilding year", and that was very evident in the serious lack of star power in this year's Rumble.
You would've thought they would've found some way to put Cena and Punk in it, as redundant as the latter case would've been and as antithetical to the storyline as Cena would've been.
It was also odd from a booking sense, in the sense of having Cody and Miz last most of the entire rumble only to be eliminated fairly easily right towards the end. Yeah, it's unpredictable, but that doesn't make it good storytelling.

I went for 8. -1 for Dolph not winning -1 for getting kinda "meh" toward the end before Orton and Show got eliminated +1 for Orton not winning and -1 for all the people who didn't get in who I really wanted to see (Drew, f***ING KANE, Heath, etc etc) Other than that, I really loved it, and it had so many awesome moments. I thought the last two years were not so good, so this one was awesome.

It's a tragedy we didn't get a Kane/Kharma stare-down. The place would've been f***ing ELECTRIC!

Not the worst Rumble but I give it a 3. Too many jobbers and three spots that could've been used by legit competitors wasted by the commentators. The second Jerry came out I knew that Booker and Cole would too. I'd have rather seen Cena or Kane or every other bigger star we saw earlier in the show. It felt like something that should've been on free TV.

I gave it a four. As many have said, too many jobbers taking up precious spots. Think of how the dynamic would have changed if instead of King, Booker T, and Cole, you had Cena, Kane, and Triple H. The ending sequence was fun, but the match seemed to drag on too long in parts without any real star power.

9. Started slow, and they should have made a better spot out of Cody/Miz's eliminations, but otherwise, damn that was fun.

The whole match left me feeling a bit empty. I was genuinely bored throughout, even toward the end. A lot of this was down to the ring constantly being filled with jobbers, there was next to no star power until the last few entrants came down.
A few good spots, returns etc (Kharma's return had me marking out) saved it from getting a lower mark from me, but then again, there were absolutely no real stand out moments.
Kane's Rumble streak being broken has left a bitter taste in my mouth too.
Saying all that though, I'm happy we had a first-time winner, and not necessarily who everyone thought was going to win either.

Why were there so many jobbers in there? If anything really hurt the match for me, it was that.

People who thought this Rumble was awful really need to look at the Rumbles that were foregone conclusions and hardly actually worth watching.
2009 was the Randy Orton show, and nobody else really had a shot whatsoever. Combined with how the ring filled with fifteen competitors at one time (FIFTEEN! HALF THE FIELD!), and how inevitable the conclusion was, and the amount of lull and laying on ropes, this Rumble was nowhere near as bad as that one. Or even 1995, which at least went by really fast, and I don't think anyone had high expectations for that Rumble going in anyway. 2003 was an otherwise good Rumble (at least the first half) that was extremely hampered by the inevitability of the winner. And, barring the closing sequence, 2007 was no great shakes either.
That said, the expectations for this Rumble are what doomed it. "Anyone is eligible" coupled with "Jericho is likely winner" plus the promise of fun segments involving Brodus Clay, and I can see why people are disappointed. Hell, I HATED this Rumble, and it's an all-time bottom 5er, for me. But it would probably be #5, because there have EASILY been worse Rumbles.
However, ultimately, I gave it a 3. It spoke to the general lack of creativity in Rumbles these days, how certain things aren't allowed to build, and how stories told in the match get cutoff before they're even started. It also spoke to the sad state of affairs that is the current WWE roster. You can't just take a bunch of guys who've spent 80% of the last two months exclusively on Superstars and expect anyone to give half a s***. It's like they didn't really bother trying, and the best spot of the match (Kofi's handwalk) ultimately wasn't topped.
I miss the deftly-plotted Pat Patterson-booked Rumbles, even if those Rumbles often had as many slow, plodding moments as this one. Because at least stories wouldn't be so abruptly cut off as Miz/Truth, Orton/Barrett, and Ricardo's little run (which could have gone on WAY longer than it did).

For anyone calling this dull, I'm pretty certain we were watching a completely different match. It started off slow, but once it kicked into high gear, it was fast, furious, and a lot of fun, probably the most fun I've had watching a Royal Rumble match since 2001. This gets a 9 from me, with the only point being docked for the slow beginning.
