Booker. He may be as awful as the rest when it comes to actual commentation but at least he makes me laugh on a consistent basis.

Josh Matthews. Cares about the product, knows wrestlers' names (not giving them some God awful nickname) and, actually pays attention to what's happening in the ring.

Booker T. Others may be better technically, but Booker's commentary can guaranteed make terrible shows watchable.

Booker T. He may get annoying, but you can't deny how enthusiastic he is and how great his one-liners are

Booker T. Aside from the catchphrases, he tries to put over wrestlers, and unlike some, he actually cares about being there, and it shows.

Matthews, Regal, or Striker....Booker is way, WAY down the list.

IMO, Stanford has the most talent as a broadcaster of anyone they currently have working.

Also, where's Jack Korpela? Is he still around?

Josh, Stanford, Regal
If I had my way, that team would be doing all two major shows.

Regal. Why? Yes, the colour commentator is supposed to provide analysis, but first and foremost, he's gotta get the guys in the ring over and Regal does a superb job doing it. Booker does the well, too, to a certain extent, but I think he's too cliche-heavy.

in no particular order
Ross - still great. can't understand why he takes their abuse. he has his reasons, i guess, and still my respect Cole - terrible. gets so many of his facts wrong. talks way too much. tries to get himself over way too much. sure, it's vince in his ear, but whatever, still sucks. King - might as well sleep on the job. reeks of insincerity every time he pretends to care Josh - not too bad. just boring, and a future Michael Cole style yes man, except more competent and less annoying Striker - odd dude, but passionate about wrestling and weird facts. more like an ESPN guy because of how he tries to spice things up. can be annoying and over the top in his trying too hard Stanford - pretty bland, but competent and gets the job done. if only he were a wrestling guy Regal - veteran who brings some cred to the job. he's still not perfected it yet, and I can't get the images out of my head of him sucking up to VKM all these years and actually puckering up for the KMA club Booker - sometimes he's so over the top and terrible that it's entertaining, but most other times he's just a motor mouth and incomprehensible. his going on and on takes me out of a lot of matches and ruins the in ring action. wish he'd stayed in retirement or stuck to being an occasional legends wrestler or had one, short last run as just a wrestler

Yay for Josh! Also, where's Jack Korpela? Is he still around? Jack didn't have his contract renewed when it came up for renewal a few months ago. I voted for Stanford. Even when he first started and didn't know a whole lot about the product, I liked him because he just sounded like a "real" sports announcer. He learned the product quickly and has done a great job putting guys over even though not many get a chance to hear him.

Regal. I really want to hate the guys in NXT but his commentary makes them sound so much better than what they really are. And there's something about an Englishman's accent...

Regal's the most entertaining. He's like a vile Lord Albert Hayes. Id love to see him paired with JR.

Josh is rather underrated. he had good chemistry with Roaddog in Are you serious.
I voted Booker though, good enthusiasm and he's entertaining. I'd like to see Nash or Roaddog join one of the teams. Jericho would be good when he's retired. wouldn't mind Regal on a main show either.
