The title scene would look a whole lot different today. The bigger names would probably have broken through, yeah (namely Cena and Punk), but a lot of guys would have never seen the main event, particularly even Christian and Mysterio (part of the reason behind Mysterio's super push was Eddie's death).
Austin and Rock would probably be gone by now anyway, the former from injury and the latter heading to Hollywood. But I can guarantee that the rest of them would all probably still be wrestling for the 'E right now, and Eddie, Angle, and Jeff would probably have more titles than they did when they left.
What if Shawn Michaels never got injured in 1997 (i.e. the injury that lead to his 4 year hiatus and rediscovery)?

Also, to answer a earlier question about Lita not getting injured in 2002, I think we would've seen her feud with Molly and Jazz (awesome). What if WWE rehires Vince Russo to write for Smackdown?

He'd leave soon after because of a lack of control on his ideas.

We basically get the Orton/Christian feud, but with Edge in Orton's spot. They seemed to be teasing something between them even before Edge had to retire. Also, Orton probably doesn't come down to SmackDown. And with him as a secondary babyface on Raw, we probably don't get the CM Punk push.
What if Randy Orton didn't turn face after SummerSlam '04? What if The Rock returned as a full-time wrestler (or even on a limited schedule, like Undertaker in 2007 and 2008)?

If Orton stayed heel, it would have likely been under the grounds of him taking over as leader of Evolution. He likely would have feuded with Benoit post-SummerSlam. Also, instead of Triple H/Batista, we likely would've gotten Orton/Batista, though I don't think the feud would've lasted nearly as long. And I have no idea who Taker would've feuded with that year.
As far as Rock goes, post-WrestleMania, I could see him feuding with CM Punk due to Rock being sort of the predecessor to Cena as far as Vince's golden boys go (he was, kayfabe, the first "Corporate Champion" after all).
What if the "Reign of Terror" as we know it never happened? How would the World Heavyweight Championship picture have looked from 2002-2005? How would RAW in general have looked?

RVD and Booker T would've been pushed sooner and possibly getting a World title run at some point. Raw would be seen in a brighter light as well.
What if Mahmoud Ahmadenijad ran the WWE?

Muhammed Hassan would still be there as world champion, and threre would be a whole new meaning of "reign of terror"
as my question that got lost in the shuffle
What if Decemeber to Dismember wasn't a failure?

There'd have been a whole lot more ECW PPV's. December to Dismember probably wouldn't have been a failure if RVD and Sabu didn't toke up, costing the former his world title. So... RVD and Sabu are in and Test and Holly are out; the PPV does pretty well, Heyman stays for a while, and even if ECW does die down and die out later down the line, the stretch where things were good would have been much longer.
What if the WWE was much harsher on drugs and performance enhancers earlier on; as in, if they had today's Wellness Policy as early as the first steroid trial?

Say bye-bye to most of the roster.
What if Austin actually tapped out and begged for mercy at WM 13 instead of just passing out?

What if Austin actually tapped out and begged for mercy at WM 13 instead of just passing out? the double turn doesn't happen then, and austin remains heel and bret a tweener/face until a few weeks later when bret cuts an anti usa promo and austin comes out and stuns him leading to one last match at in your house what if hhh didn't ruin the test/stephanine wedding?

Test becomes a potential main event/upper midcard level person. HHH/Vince likely becomes the equally intriguing DX vs. McMahons- with the McMahons as the faces and DX as the heels [see also: The one iteration of Boss vs. Employee storylines that really hasn't been done yet.]
What if The Radicalz didn't leave WCW in 2000?

Benoit and Eddie Guerrero would be WCW champions at some point, and later go to the WWF after WCW collapses.

He would lose easily, only for Vince to sneak in and rewrite Cena as the winner.
What if Shawn Michaels never "Lost his smile" and willingly dropped the WWF title to Bret?

Vince would have sent out another wrestler to make up for Jeff messing up and provide a proper main event then buried Hardy.

Depends on what match he's in. If it's the main event, like at what happened at Victory Road, then I imagine WWE doing what TNA had to do and giving buyers a refund. Jeff Hardy is forced to either go to rehab or leave, and isn't used in a very high-profile capacity for a long time, if ever again. It'd be a disaster for WWE, as WrestleMania is their biggest show of the year, and the company would probably get some negative press. Basically, bad things would happen for all involved.
What if Randy Orton broke Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania 21?

What if Randy Orton broke Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania 21? he might have retired for good a couple years ago, after one last title run that ended at survivor series 2010 to mark exactly 20 years since his debut. what if mr. kennedy never got injured/suspended and lost his MITB briefcase?

Kennedy would have probably still injured Randy Orton or someone and taken Jack Swagger's place as the "forgotten MITB cash-in winner".
What if Mr. Kennedy had actually become Mr. McMahon's illegitimate son as planned?
