I have seen him in ROH and on a few clips on Youtube. I have never seen him in the WWE as Scotty Goldman though. That is why I asked? Is he a good or great wrestler and has he ever wrestled a more serious match?

I think he is a pretty good wrestler, he is funny and has a great technical style of wrestling, some of his serious matches I've seen that I liked were during his feud with Homicide and Kevin Steen and I enjoyed his matches against Aries, Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness.

Whilst he's mostly a comedy wrestler, he can advance and be serious and heated when he needs to. As mentioned, his Homicide and Steen/Corino feuds are great examples of this. He's getting better at judging when comedy is right, or when it's time to get a bit more serious.

Colt Cabana is one of my personal favourites, I have bought the t-shirt, the wrestling road diaries and his shoot interview, all thanks to listening to the Art of Wrestling. I think right now he's seen as almost a special attraction. It's a shame ROH got rid of him and now everything is incredibly serious.
There's no women's wrestling and no Colt Cabana. It's just angry testosterone. I watch ROH and I have to punch a wall and then start lifting weights afterwards.

No, I don't think Colt would like me standing on him.

As a wrestler, check out his 2 out of 3 falls match with CM Punk. He walks the comedy/legitimacy line perfectly.
Have you checked out Colt's podcast? It's outstanding.

The Art of Wrestling is absolutely incredible. I liked Colt before listening to it, but now, I'm addicted to his show. I've seriously burned through 10 or 15 episodes in a week as I just started listening to it. It's probably the best wrestling-related thing I've encountered (barring PPVs, shows, actual wrestling television, etc.). I'd only put Bret and Mick's books in its league for how good they are. Seriously, try Art of Wrestling, and hopefully you will become a huge Colt mark in the process. This show has made me a Domino mark too if that's any indication of how good it is.

Where can I get hold of old AoW episodes? They're all in chronological order here - tsmradio.com/coltcabana/The Domino ones are both must-listens, as is Matt Cappotelli. I also enjoyed the perspective in the Dave Lagana one and the Iron Sheik interview is probably the most accurate representation of Sheik as a person, without dissolving too much into Sheik-schtick, that I've ever heard.

His matches in ROH with Delirious are some of my all-time favorite comedy matches. Highly recommend tracking them down. The last one (the Larry Sweeney Tribute Match) is not as good as the others, but still worth checking out solely based on the strut-off involving himself, Delirious, and...
Todd Sinclair.

Especially the one in Liverpool where he pays tribute to Big Daddy. That is GOLD.

He and Austin Aries are in my top 2 favourite current wrestlers. One of my favourite Colt matches is the match he had with Andy Ridge in ROH a couple of years back. It's not a 5 star match or anything, and it only goes for 10 minutes. But it is fun and it makes Andy look good as well.
Also, i <3 the AoW podcast. My favourite episode so far is Luke Gallows. "DOODLEBOP!"
