Honestly I doubt that Nash is going to compete in any meaningful capacity. Assuming he's been continuously under contract since he re-debuted at Royal Rumble, he's been "Collecting dust" since January and done nothing. Either it's his "Heart Condition" that made him pull out of NoC, or he's simply not in good enough physical condidition to do anything beyond a one-off Jackknife once in a blue moon.

If they wrestle I don't see it lasting more than 5 minutes at most.

God I hope so. I'd just love to see it, and I think it would be a classic. Nash can still go when called upon, and he had some very tidy matches in TNA. He's smart enough to know the importance of the match with Punk, and he's a huge fan at heart, he'd be wanting to deliver the goods, more so than he has done in years.
Please happen.

The way it seems like they're changing their minds about it nobody will care if it does happen.

The story said that whatever physical issue is keeping Nash from wrestling at NoC may be cleared up in time for him to wrestle at a later date, so if that's true (and it's a big if) then I think it may happen. It also depends on where the angle is going, especially after what happened last night. We shall see.

If it doesn't happen, then there was no point of bringing in Nash from the beginning.I say it will happen.
