Right now, three matches are being promoted...
HHH vs Cena for the title
RVD vs. Shelton Benjamin for the IC title
Kane and Big Show vs. Carlito and Chris Masters for the tag belts.
Yes. All three titles are going to be defended at Backlash. When was the last time that happened at a Raw PPV?

I hope Masters and CAH-lito win, because
The ShowKane must be STOPPED!
3-6 Mafia winning an Oscar > HHH vs. Cena p.2
RVD vs. Shelton Benjamin is gonna be that Piff.
Easily Match of the Year.......

Well, HHH vs. Cena to me isn't really a spoiler because no matter who wins, there will be a mandatory rematch, happens every year at Backlash.

Show and Kane will still have the titles? Why do I think that this may just be a way to make a Carlito/Masters feud?

I was fearful we were gonna get both Kane/Show AND Carlito/Masters at WM, so at least this will spare us from any "break up a tag-team for no reason and have them feud with no long-term planning behind it" matches at WM.

I'm glad they didn't break them up yet, but still a little frustrated about the Rumble fiasco with them. Not Masters/Carlito, but Show/Kane. I know it's not really a surprise, but it's like they are acting like the little feud never happened...

I remember last years Backlash was pretty good.
I have a feeling Cena will retain at Mania and Trips takes thebelt and backlash.

And why is RVD/Benji being pushed back to Backlash and not Mania again?

Wouldn't the rematch signify a HHH win though? Usually the ex-champion gets an auto-rematch if he loses the belt at a PPV, not the challenger if he just fails to win the title.
Unless it's some sort of schmozz finish, which in the Mania' ME doesn't seem likely.

It's HHH. If he loses he gets the shot cause he's HHH

His first title defense at Backlash the following PPV? Your hero, John Cena.

Not necessarily, at WM20 Trips lost and got a rematch at the title, and also at WM21 he lost to Batista and still got a rematch for it, so either way I see a rematch with Cena/HHH and the feud will probably end at Vengeance in a Hell In A Cell match.

Can't wait for the RVD/Benjamin interaction to start up at WM and apparently continue after WM. It's about time they get their show stealing time to take the spotlight from garbage holders like Cripple H, Masters, and Cena.
