It's kind of scary.
Other than a few extra lines he doesn't look that much different since when he debuted the new look circa 1999.
The rest of his band, though, actually kind of, well, does look their age.
Maybe that's why they haven't been showing up in his music videos as much?
Although I'm willing to bet when Weird Al finally does start looking his age, he changes his look to be sorta Dr. Demento-y, if only just as an homage to where he got his start.

He's made of some sort of rubber, so that isn't surprising.

Al's face reminds me of Mike D from the Beastie Boys it did suddenly turn rubbery I was thinking about his "new" look today. I grew up with the mustache, glasses and hawaiian shirts and thought how odd it would have been for a woman to want to sleep with Weird Al. He seemed so nice and innocent, so it wasn't too long after he changed his look he got married and had kids. I'm betting that was part of the plan. EDIT: Looking at that pic I posted, Mike D looks like Weird AL dressing up like Bob Dylan for Halloween
