Angels in the Outfield was a good movie, but the Sandlot is the superior movie.

That's like asking which was the bigger war WWII or the Monday Night War. Sandlot by a country mile.

Tony Danza was in it. It is better.

If somebody hates The Sandlot, then I question their faith in baseball.

Which version of Angels In The Outfield are talking about here? I saw the original on TCM and is pretty good. I never saw the Sandlot, I can't really judge it. Personally it doesn't matter Major Leauge puts them all to shame. Now that is a baseball movie.

The Sandlot; the fact David M. Evans didn't go ANYWHERE after this movie is surprising. Looking back I thought the guy had talent (as he wrote and directed this movie). His career since then, however, just awful (including the pointless Sandlot sequels and Ace Ventura Jr.
