But I already cast Alison Brie as Star Sapphire in the Green Lantern Sequel That already needs a reboot or a Hulk style sequel.

Yeah I am still with ya, because those look pretty horrid and not the sexified version I think would happen. More like Arkham Asylum is what I am thinking. I sort of doubt they'd do a sexualized Harley Quinn.

Yeah, particularly if it was a Nolan version, she would probably have to be a lot more demented than she ever was in the cartoon or comics, so sexy is pretty much out.

Ask two friends of mine online, they suggested the following: Anna Kendrick (The hair might be a problem but still) the other suggested was Jessie Cantrell

And this is coming from a guy with Coulrophobia (fear of clowns).

Easily Faruza Balk.
The craft shows she comes off as freaking insane almost too naturally, and she is hot as well.

If she were still alive, Brittany Murphy. Would've worked well. Easily Faruza Balk. The craft shows she comes off as freaking insane almost too naturally, and she is hot as well. Totally.

A young Drew Barrymore would've worked. I think she could work now if you use the Nolanverse. Make her an older therapist the Joker had kidnapped, and she developed Stockholm Syndrome, so she takes up where Mr. J left off. I just see that fitting more for an older actress so you can believe she has been a therapist for a while.

She had a small part in Batman Forever.

True, but wasn't the point of making Harley a young therapist that she was still very naive and thus was easily manipulated by the Joker? It has been a while since I saw her origin episode in TAS, so my memory is foggy on that subject.

Pretty much yeah, but one: Nolan does shit his way and two: I was giving an example of how to make Drew work in the role.

I wouldn't mind seeing a current Drew in a therapist's outfit.

Woulda been Brittany Murphy.
Now..dunno really.
Though honestly, no one. Especially not in the Nolanverse; but even outside of it, I don't think she works beyond the animated versions.
