TNA posted this on their YT account today:
Great match IMO. Sorry if already posted.

What an awesome match, one of the best TNA has ever done. Anderson works far better as a cold hearted, bastard (not to be confused with CM Punk ) heel, than as an annoying tweener.

I was at that show and the crowd was really into this match. Everybody was on the edge of their seats by the end of the match. This was an awesome match to watch live.

This match proves how good of a talent Anderson is. I don't get the hate he gets at all. Of course a lot of people are going to say that it's because Angle was in the match, but it takes two people to make a great match.

I loved Anderson's gimmick here (I am a big Kennedy/Anderson fan still, please don't beat me to death for that ) and man, what a match.

When TNA turned Anderson face two weeks later I knew the EB/Hogan regime would be a failure. They had gold in their hands and turned it into crap.
My favorite match of Angle in TNA.

Arguably the best feud in TNA history. Anderson makes such a great heel, that it makes ZERO sense to me, why he has been a face for the last year and a half.

That's Anderson's best match/feud. The lead up to this match was great too with Angle being choked out by the warrior chain in the ladder match. Also Angle took a nasty fall in that ladder match too. The fall isn't shown here but it's from this match:
and that came as a result of:
I forgot how much Anderson got the better of Angle in that feud. Really made the final match feel important for Angle when he got his revenge.

Arguably the best feud in TNA history. Anderson makes such a great heel, that it makes ZERO sense to me, why he has been a face for the last year and a half. Kneejerk panic booking. Simple as that really. Anderson's a monster heel, then he comes out and says "asshole" for the first time. The fans are amused, some even cheer him. TNA, rather than getting him to go out and cut a nasty promo on his "asshole" "fans" and how they will go on to breed stupid, inbred, asshole, trailer trash children (which would have turned him back mega heel at a moment's notice) go "oh, the fans are cheering Ken." Instant face turn ensues, killing any momentum he'd built up and leaving the writers without a blind clue how to handle him.

My favorite feud ever in TNA.... It is certainly in my top five TNA feuds of all time, hell it is in my top three what a fantastic program.

It was a great match, but it also reminded me of the infamous Cage Key that looked like a high school's cheap hall pass.

It could have been Bret vs Austin at Wrestlemania-impact if they would have booked it right afterwards. Angle felt like a super-hero after winning the match with blood all over his face. And he said "I'll be going away for a while". Then when interviewed after the match on the net, Anderson basically attacked Jeremy Borash. One wrestler looking like a legend, the other looking like a monster.
How can you f*** that up?

As much as I like Bischoff as an on-screen character I think it was his call turning Anderson face. Bad move. I still can't believe he's come back as a face. He needed to be a heel, as long as he stayed away from Roode and Ray.

Yeah, I remember finishing Lockdown 2010 and thinking "Hot damn, this company is finally giving the goods"...and it falling apart not long afterwards.
The months immediately proceeding Hogan's debut were fantastic: the Wolfe/Angle feud, AJ's title reign and feuds, lots of great material. Then Hogan and Bischoff come in, some stuff is pretty iffy at best, but they wind up giving us ultra-heel Anderson, they push Pope as a strong babyface contender, etc. etc. etc. Things were looking good for the first few months of 2010.
Too bad it couldn't last. Not to say the product's bad now (it's definitely taken an upward tick), but they had some great stuff going for awhile.

I'm actually watching Lockdown 2010 for the first time, and I'm not up to this match yet. I'm about an hour into it, and it is pretty poor so far. Terrible Young/Nash match, the Knockouts is piss poor, a 6 minute Xscape match that was rushed because of Doug Williams being stuck in Europe. I hope it gets better.
