I don't know but after the ending of their Wrestlemania match, I imagine it'd cheapen it if Undertaker and/or Triple H continued to wrestle. You have HBK who is retired, Triple H who is running the show and Taker as the "big brother" so to speak. They never really clarified if either of these guys are going to retire from in-ring competition, just saying the vague "End of an Era" tagline.
To me, I think the final image of all three of them hugging and in tears is a fitting end and any other match would kinda cheapen that. What do you think?

J.R pretty heavily implied that Undertaker is finished. Not sure about Triple H though.

No. Taker will be back by next Mania and Hunter will most likely have another match late this year (though I do think his time in the ring is closer to over than Taker's).
The "End of an Era" thing was just the end of the 4 year arc of Taker/Shawn/Hunter at Mania.

I can see Taker giving it another go next year.
And if Trips is becoming an on air Authority figure he'll still find himself in the odd match I think.

To me Taker, HHH, and HBK walking off together and hugging it out heavily implied that they are done. We'll see though.

Neither will go out like that. It will be something that we know this is X's last match unless an injury forces it. I dont see either of them quitting after last night. If Taker's only going 1 match a year now (lol) he could feasibly go for a long time.

I'd hope so to both, but I know it won't be the case. I sincerely think they're keeping Trips/Taker IV a possibility if, or when they bulls*** their up-and-coming talent once again and need to look to the Attitude Era to save WrestleMania, again.
I know it sounds pessimistic, but I can't help but think it.

I like all three guys, but I kinda hope so. There's nothing left to prove, so just go out with a great match and a great moment.

I don't want them to go. Honestly, I've been wanting Taker to hang it up for years but last night he looked revitalised, faster, fitter and more compelling than he has since he wrestled Kurt Angle in 2006. I honestly always root for Taker's opponent but this year I genuinely wanted him to win.
Triple H can definitely still go. He needs to be used sparingly as an attraction.
But at the same time, those three guys with that final image was beautiful and brilliant and I'm not sure I want anything to cheapen it. I genuinely don't know.

I don't think they know. I think they wanted to do it in a way that if it is the end for either or both of them, they have no regrets about that being it.
But the body language at the end last night implied that's all she wrote in my opinion.

It's the end of the saga that began in 2007 with Vince-HBK-Flair and eventually became Taker-HBK-HHH.
It's not the end of Taker or HHH's career though. Taker will probably wrestle another 2 matches (one against Lesnar, one against Cena?) and finish up at WM 30 and HHH is still extremely over and capable of putting on good matches so I can see him still wrestling a few matches a year, even outside of WM.
I don’t think we'll see Taker until next year though. And HHH probably won't be seen for a few months.
WWE doesn't have many big money matches left. Marketing either a Taker or HHH match as their "last" match would be a big draw when the time comes. I doubt they would just let them disappear without making a big deal out of it.

Voted yes.
I don't think we'll see Triple H go one on one with Taker again.
Trips is going to feud with Shawn next year, in one capacity or another. If Undertaker happens to be involved, so be it... but the beef will be with Shawn.

I think it's the end for Trips.
The end was pretty much the same as Mania 26, Trips getting more of a front office presence, he and Steph having 3 kids, and Taker as the deadman helping him up, helping him out of the ring, and hugging him. Taker breaking kayfabe as the deadman more than he's ever done, I think signals it was Hunter's swan song.
He's bowing out like Austin. Remember nobody knew Rock vs Austin III would be Austin's last match.

Finished no, but I think they are special cases now. Triple H also has an office job and is working to change developmental. He has other responsibilities to worry about

After that match and the way it ended, I want so bad for that to be the end because it was just such a perfect end to it all.
Naturally, this is the WWE and we all know that they can't just let a good thing be a good thing. D-Bry vs Sheamus is a good indicator of that.

Probably not. I'm sure they'll be back each WM to bore me for a half hour.
