How do you think WWE will and should promote Dalip?
They could go the old "unstoppable monster" route, which always works if done correctly. Perhaps he could do a run in during a match, and the announcers will pull the "Who the hell is this monster?" routine as he beats the hell out of someone.
They could do a series of vingettes, so the fans will be aware of who he is and when he debuts.
Or, given WWE unCreative, he could just show up on the midcard one show, win his match to little fanfare, and wallow in medocrity for a while.
I have heard from many people on this board that Dalip sucks in the ring. I have never seen him wrestle, so I will wait until I see him in a few matches before I judge. However, I am aware of the incident in which he was in a match where he accidently killed his opponent.
Now, given the class WWE had had with the whole Eddie situation, do you think they'll promote him as the "unstoppable monster who ACTUALLY KILLED SOMEONE!"? I wouldn't put it past Vince.

Knowing the WWE, he'll be Carlito's bodyguard. Then he'll be released after 6 months.

Yeah. He's Smackdown bound, so I see him becoming Daivari's manager, maybe appearing after Henry has been defeated for good by a powerful opponent. (Probably Undertaker)
Actually I can see this happening. Rumours say it will be Taker/Henry at WM.
Both of Daivari's men he has managed (Hassan and Henry) will be defeated by Taker. Angle dosn't count as he had already left him before Taker got involved.
Taker goes to finish Daivari off, when Singh arrives and takes Taker out. Taker does his usually dissapear for few months as Singh does squash after squash.

If they bring in Dalip as Daivari's manager, it could create a new stable, kind of an International Coalition of Evil.

you forgot the bodyguard angle....then turn him on the guy he's bodyguarding...but there's really noone good enough to bodyguard that would make the bodyguard turn that effective....nevermind,,,,,or they could bring paul heymen back and have him manager the guy....or they could fire big show and just start calling him the big show

Gee, way to strike while the iron's hot WWE. He should have been brought in when The Longest Yard was still enjoying success. But I do expect him to be brought into Smackdown as the newest member of Daivari's stable. I assume he'll debut by "killing" the Undertaker for the gazillionth time (and I would be saying this regardless of the incident) and then going on a path of destruction that is ended by The Undertaker at Summerslam. I don't know much about his wrestling ability, but at that point he will need to be able to offer something other than his size if he wants to last much longer.

Are there no legal concerns that would impede this? Assuming he avoided involuntary manslaughter charges, would he be at some kind of legal or even tort risk for publicizing him this way?

ODDITIES! YAY!
But seriously can we drop the 'He killed a man. He will kill again.'
Accidents happen. Some are just worse then others.

For some reason:
I have a feeling that his attire is going to be similar to the The Warlord's Phantom of the Opera look.
