I don't think I'm forgetting too many people that have had extensive kneework done.
I do recall hearing a while ago that the WWE never went after Muta after WCW because even then his knees were considered too shot for a long-term deal. We've all heard about how bad Rey's and Undertaker's knees are, and considering how bad Khali's been looking lately and his condition, him on this list is kind of a given.
So who's got the more retirement-worthy knees nowadays?

Rey Mysterio.
At least with Khali, they attempt to work around his limitations. He's usually in a tag match or doing a short squash match.

Why Khali is even still around I have no clue. I'm not talking about his wrestling ability (at his size I don't expect him to pull off moonsaults and 450 splashes) but his knees are in such bad shape I'm surprised WWE even brought him back at the Rumble. They had the perfect opportunity to write him off with Henry inducting him into the Hall of Pain and they didn't do it. India can't be that big of a market are they?

Rey, because he's had surgery 5 times in his left knee.

Rey, because he's had surgery 5 times in his left knee. I think we're up to 6 now. Didn't he just have another?

Rey, I think. Khali...are knees even his issue? His entire body just seems made of glass. Like I'm genuinely concerned for the guy every time he takes a bump, while with Mysterio I just worry when he does something knee intensive.

This. I mean, they actually gave out on him after a match.

Correct. The guy basically doesn't have any at this stage.

Watching Khali walk is just... sad. He looks like he's about to fall down at any second.

Watching Khali walk is just... sad. He looks like he's about to fall down at any second. This. When a man has such visible trouble even walking there's no way in hell he should be in a discipline as physical as professional wrestling. As much as anything his lower body just doesn't look like it's able to take the weight of his torso. It's a shame because his enthusiasm and apparent determination to continue in the ring in spite of his ever-growing limitations really is admirable, but surely even in the limited role he has nowadays he's jeopardising his long-term health and mobility

Rey Mysterio and Undertaker can still put on exceptionally good quality matches. I can't speak for Muta these days. Khali just cannot move. He can't do anything. He was never exactly Kota Ibushi but he was capable of movement when he was first around. But now he is just pretty much permanently stationary.

Keiji Mutoh.
But somehow, I'd put him there with Undertaker as the other guy who I've enjoyed more as he has aged.

Muta/Mutoh. His knees look like they've been hit with a bat too many times.

I've been wishing and hoping for the day when I see him attempt a 619.
