I'd like to see the shoulderbreaker in common use.

Wow, the last two guys that I remember using a shoulder-breaker were "The Blue Chipper" Rocky Maivia (was his finisher) and Greg "The Hammer" Valentine. And that's almost a 10-year difference.
How about the old knee-breaker? Ric Flair used it all the time to set up the figure-four. You hardly see that anymore. Or an atomic drop? Or the "ringing of the ears"? Stick your opponent's head between your legs, then just jump up and down. (Classic Junkyard Dog move.)

The northern-lights-suplex where they hold their opponents wrists.

I can't think of any WWE Superstars who do the Dragon Screw, the Mandara Twist, or (as PKO noted above) wrist-clutch suplexes. All three are pretty simple yet visually appealing moves, especially the Dragon Screw.

Most people use it out of a shoulder powerslam position, he did it out of a Canadian Backbreaker position

Benoit did the shoulderbreaker quite a bit. He used against HHH a bunch of times.
As always, I nominate the Dragon Screw leg whip. Love that move.

The proper name is Mandala Hineri. The name I used is from the video games.

Heidenreich used to use the Shoulder Breaker as a secondary to the Bossman Slam IIRC.
Someone needs to use a Heel Hook as their finisher. I remember McCool did a pretty good one, and with Brock using the Kimura with efficiency, more MMA moves are needed.
We already have the Omoplata, Gogoplata and Armbar, doesn't leave much else but Rear Naked, but that's pretty much a sleeper.

Probably why I find it so weird whenever I'm watching a match from the 80s and somebody busts out the shoulder breaker from the powerslam position.
