I know Paul London is not very popular with certain wrestlers, but he is very good to his fans. I've met him twice and both times he was very friendly, happy to have pictures with anyone and putting effort into the stuff he was signing (like writing messages and drawing little pictures). By far the nicest wrestler I've met.

Just going by wrestlers I've met: Marc Mero, Jerry Lawler, and The Undertaker.
I had a chance to meet The Undertaker at a car show a few years ago where he was doing an autograph session. One thing I couldn't help but notice is how extremely nice he was to everyone who came through the line. He also went out of his way to be nice the the kids who were there, so that was great to see. His time was running out and naturally the people in the back of the line pitched a fit. He agreed to stay an extra hour just to make sure everyone got an autograph.
Jerry Lawler - Met him at a local indy show and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He treated everyone in line like they were his best friends.
Marc Mero - Saw him way back at a WCW house show in the early 90's. I was just a little kid back then and probably irritated him to death with my questions, but he went out of his way to talk to me and the other kids who went up to him. He made sure everyone of us who wanted an autograph and a picture went home with one.
Some other notable class acts I've met are Road Dogg, Gunner, Jake Roberts (thankfully he was sober on that day), and Mickie James.
On the flip side, I had nothing but terrible experiences with Jeff Jarrett and Lita.

Although i've never met either of them personally, I've heard alot of good things about Cheerleader Melissa and Nicole Matthews being nice to the fans, anyone ever met them to prove or disprove this?

I met RVD in the parking lot before Raw and he was cool as hell. He came up to a group of fans waiting by the staff entrance and shook everyone's hand.

I am lucky enough to be on a first-name basis with Nikita Koloff. We used to work out in the same gym, and his office was right above the coffee shop I used to work at. He is a fantastic human being.
Jimmy Hart is AMAZINGLY nice. One of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. True Jimmy Hart stories:
The first time we met was at an after-party kinda thing I was invited to by a local promoter after that night's show. It was at a local bar, and all the boys were eating and drinking. I got to talking with Jimmy, and he invited me to have a seat at his table. He just rolled on and on with road stories, pausing only to place his order with the waitress. He then continued to talk to me until his food arrived, which sat on the table untouched for about 10 minutes while he finished his story. When he did, I said, "Mr. Hart, it's an absolute honor, thank you for talking with me, I'll leave you alone so you can enjoy your meal." to which Jimmy replied "Naw, baby, don't worry about it. Keep your seat, who knows when we'll get to do this again?" Long story short, he took exactly 2 bites of his food over the next hour, and eventually asked for a box so he could eat in the car (which he kept waiting for about 30 minutes when it arrived, because we were still talking. We hung out for about 3 hours, and he never once allowed me to leave the table.
About a year later, I got to hang out with Jimmy again after a show. While he was talking with me and my ex-girlfriend, he got a call. He picked up his phone, looked at it and said, "Hey, look who it is!". It was Hulk Hogan (who is saved in Jimmy's phone as "Hulkster". I thought that was awesome and hilarious.) He picked up the phone, and said "Hey, Hulk baby, I'm gonna have to call you back, I'm talking with an old friend and a pretty girl. I'll call you tonight when I get back to the room." He said bye, hung up the phone on HULK f***ING HOGAN and went right back to talking to us like we were the most important people in his world. Just an incredibly cool and surreal moment.

I've seen Duggan and Lawler mentioned, and I have to agree with those. I've met Hacksaw 2 or 3 times now, and he's always been great and really seems to enjoy meeting the fans, and sometimes having a few at the bar with them.

Met Cena at a Red Sox game. Was really nice to anyone who approached him.
Met Albert while working at a movie theatre. He is massive. I mean even bigger than he looks on TV. I cant put into words how nice a guy he was. Talked for a good 10 min

my friend has a pretty cool story about d-lo brown.
during ROH's death before dishonor in 2009, my friend and his buddy were just watching a match on the floor and his friend left to get a beer. d-lo shows up, starts talking to my friend about the show, what matches he liked, etc, and his friend comes back, and doesn't notice d-lo until he says "what, i'm not good enough for a beer either? you only got you one, and not your friend?" all with a big smile on his face.
d-lo stuck around for like 20minutes after, just talking to anyone who came up to him.

Dave(Evad) Sulolivan. Most in WCW when asked what they thought of him as a wrester would mention how nice og a guy he was to avoid saying he sucked as a wrestler.

I've never heard anything but good stuff about Christopher Daniels. Yeah, I met him at a signing at a comic shop here in Chicago about a year ago. Very cool dude, and open about his career, and was even cool when I mentioned I was friends with a guy who kind of....blatantly ripped off his Curry Man gimmick. Colt Cabana was awesome as well. Met him a couple of times here in Chicago, and dude is hilarious.

I met CM Punk a few times prior to him being in Ring Of Honor. He was also super nice with me.
Colt Cabana was also awesome every time I have met him.
As for a surprise, I met Mike Chioda before an event. He took time with everyone that wanted his picture and told a few great stories.

I have only ever physically met one wrestler, which I have mentioned before: Virgil. Kinda sad that the interaction was basically me staring at him...him staring at me, then...nada!
Online I have to say that the following people are extremely friendly: MVP (Just very laid back and cool, even picked out the funniest insults fans threw at him), Road Dogg (Thanked ME profusely for my service, while I was trying to say thanks to him).
Kellie Skater is AWESOME! Kellie patiently explained Aussie Rules Football to me in the middle of a game on TV via twitter, just because I mentioned I didn't know how to play.

I have read that Victoria/Tara is one of the nicest women you would ever meet. To fans and I have read that other wrestlers have many positive things to say about her. That I can confirm, she's awesome towards fans. Same goes for Melina.
