I've apparently for years been sitting on at least $180 in Mortal Kombat Deception toys (depends how much people want to pay for each but the going prices seem to hover between $60 and $100 and I have three), and a two-pack of Scorpion and Sub-Zero tied into Shaolin Monks that I haven't been able to find info on but the two alone seem to each fetch a decent amount.
So yeah, looking into that. Anyone have any similar stories of finding out stuff they bought / don't really need is worth something decent?

I had five living dead dolls, each of which were selling for about £80 on ebay, I put them up and get £20 a piece, this didnt bother me, though the buyer (who got 4 of them) giving me s*** for not knocking money off the p+p as they purchased four (ignoring the huge bargain they had already received) really pissed me off x
Rereading this, its kinda offtopic to your thread, sorry about that x

Somehow this Monster in my Pocket is worth around £80/$125! Some old he-man and ghostbusters stuff seem to go for a decent price too.

I have a lot of Star Wars: Action Fleet toys from Micro Machines. They're basically much bigger Micro Machines and you can like, have them fire lasers and put little figures into the cockpit.
I got the TIE Defender one day (from the TIE Fighter video game). I had heard they made it, and I really wanted it because they were my favorite fighter in that game. But they were hard as hell to actually find anywhere for some reason. Then one day I went to a Toys R Us and they finally had one. So I snatched it up.
Last I checked on eBay, it was worth at least $150 mint in package. Of course mine was heavily played with. But that was awesome to know.
