for being as clumsy as I normally am, I for some reason am like a cat on ice. I slide a lot, but am able to catch myself before I fall 99% of the time.
Yet somehow I'll slip and fall on the driest day of the summer. Go figure.

I did a few days ago but I slammed my hand onto the hood of my car and pushed myself back to my feet before I could fall all the way so I ended up looking like I was dancing.

It is like 60 here in Cincy, so no ice

Almost did yesterday, but I wasn't over the ice enough to actually slip on it. I normally do though at least once a year, so there's still time for me to publicly shame myself

I'm in Akron. We've barely even had snow.

Eh, it's around 70/80 right now.
When I was up in Chicago last year, I also fell in front of a homeless person.

No, because we haven't had any ice.

Nah, but I have slid on the ice thanks to bad shoes.

Thanksgiving night, standing still, I had my right leg try to go out from under me, pelvis hurt the rest of the day.

Was on my bike (Pedal) when I slipped on some ice. Managed to jump off to avoid falling with the bike on top of me, landed on more ice, took about four steps and then fell of my left arm. Used a lot of alliteration at that point I can tell you.

Last time I slipped was a few years ago when I was on my way to a final at college. Slipped on a walkway that hadn't been properly salted.
Fortunately I landed on my backpack, which was somewhat bulky.

I haven't fallen in 4 winters, this will be my 5th if I can make it.
Why do I know that?
I couldn't tell you.

I'm so glad it's mild here because I was recovering from a fall this time last year. I stepped on some ice next to my cousin's porch and I folded like a Jacob's ladder.

Was driving and braked on a patch of black ice, which was a fun little wake-up call in the morning. I only did that because the weather's been so screwy, I didn't realize it had gotten cold enough to freeze water. Two days later, it was 60 again.

I live in a desert, so that's probably not happening.
But then again, we got snow flurries a couple weeks ago. Usually that doesn't happen until right around Christmas (like now).

Haven't fallen yet, but as been said so far, there's still plenty of time.
