You may be backed up. Take a day off from work, a stool softener, some fiber and drink some coffee. If you have crap stuck in your intestines it can harden and just be a damn unpleasant experience. Keep track of your movements, consistency, and timing. Once you get through the initial explosion you should be regular. If by the end of the week you still have that pain it's doctor time. This pretty much. It may sound ridiculous but it really isn't healthy to not go #2 in the bathroom at least once a day. My best friend's aunt is a nurse, and she always asks her family about their BMs

I feel better today, not feverish or anything, I think I need to straighten up when it comes to eating. I think I've hit a wall with the crap I eat. Thanks again
