Just kind of dreaming what the future will be like.
I'm more of the mind that people will live in bio-domes and live to be 1,000 years old and all wear one size fits all grey unitards with an arrow design.
However people also think that the future will be more like the Road Warrior with biker gangs waging war for the last tank of gas.
Just kind of wondering where you think we're all headed.

People will be stupider and there will be a proliferation of sex robots. Basically "Idiocracy" will have been prophetic.

In all honesty, I think we will have one more big...thing...that changes our culture and makes some major differences, like what the internet has done. We see this as the internet age, I think we could go through another one like it, some BIG TIME thing that will change our culture and world, in the next 100 years.

It is really hard to say. In the next couple of years we will have to deal with many of the world's largest economies taking a massive hit, so a dystopian near future is not out of the question in many parts of the world (well, I mean for those that are not more or less living through that now). The thing is, however, because the means of communication are vastly improved over the past we will not see the massive drop-off of technology that followed every significant civilization downfall of the past (for example, the Egyptians not only knew that the Earth was a sphere back in a time in a time we now call B.C., but they had calculated its diameter and mass to an accuracy not matched until this past century).
Will things become utopian in the end? I doubt it. We are still humans, which means that the haves will try to keep the status quo and there will always be someone who puts guns in the hands of young men for greed or hateful purposes.

A Star Trek sort of thing seems more likely than a Mad Max, since while it's not like we'll have a perfect society, we also are too motivated for personal gain to ever let it actually reach that level of decline.

Dystopia, since everyone would have been too busy with their sex robots to continue humanity.
