New page on Facebook.
Basically, a guy who books for one of the NWA territories started a page describing habits and attitudes that will get you not booked in his promotion.
It's kinda interesting, and it's attracted a few indie names already. I think I've seen Chris Hamrick and Chase Owens pop up in some posts.
Sadly, no signs of Stamp yet.

While I'm sure his list is insightful and the work of an experienced wrestling professional, the NWA is about as relevant to the wrestling business right now as, well, Dennis Stamp is.

Posting from my phone, so I can't really find the exact link.
But I'd say you should be able to find it by just typing that into a Facebook search.
P.S. I'd say it's about 50/50 talking about Real guys who are glorified yardtards, and talking about locker room etiquette, which might seem bitchy and outdated to some. But it's kinda cool reading the comments on those posts and seeing actual wrestlers discussing these things.

Saw CZW alum Nick Berk there too. Some of these are alright, some of them you can make exceptions for; the one about how wrestlers shouldn't sit with the fans before or after their matches doesn't really fly with me, since Chris Candido would do it to heckle other wrestlers. Candido was as well traveled as anyone and, when he was on, one of the best around, so, yeah there are exceptions.

Funny, but I feel bad for some of the people he put on blast in the photos section.
I used to play in a punk band during my high school and college years. We never had intentions of getting a major label deal or touring the world, we were just having fun and loved our status as a semi-popular local band. I feel like some indie wrestlers have that same mentality and I can't help but feel bad for some of them he just rips apart on this page.
But like I said, pretty funny...

Oh totally, I'm sure this guy would make exceptions, and, even if he didn't, this is just the shows he books. Basically, I'm looking at this as the "you might be a redneck" jokes of the wrestling world.

While it is amusing, the "10 year pro wrestling promoter, Tony Givens," seems like he thinks that he's actually important in wrestling. I wish that Vince would set up his own "you are not getting booked" Facebook page and start with that douche.

Skimming the page, it appears to be run by the guy doing "NWA Smoky Mountain Wrestling." Some fans who attended one of their shows E-mailed Jim Cornette recently saying how disappointed they were in what his shows had become. He then had to issue an official statement of his not being involved with the group that's using his old promotion's name and a very similar logo.
If you're trying to fool the fans into thinking you're a promotion you're not, you probably shouldn't be booking shows to begin with, much less criticizing indy wrestlers on Facebook for fun.

I stopped feeling sorry for Dennis Stamp when I discovered he's a 2-time (Amarillo) Western States Tag Team champion.

"Al Snow is one of the most underrated talents in the history of the business. I fell in love with his work while watching him back in the SMW days... Tommy Snow is probably the most underrated worker at a national fast food chain. His manager fell in love with his work while watching him make tacos. He would never use too much lettuce. Always just the right amount... I see shift manager in his future."
I now love this man.
