It's Half Pint Brawlers with 50% more Brian Knobs' fat ass.
Although the blonde midget was pretty hot.

This show won't last long. Wrestling Society X had more substance.

I think the "Investors" were just three guys that they met at a gas station.

I think the "Investors" were just three guys that they met at a gas station. One was former NWA Champion the Shiek, nor sure on the other two.

SPOILERS:
I like that Knobs had a large role in this episode. I hope he continues with it, I know he gets a bad rap as a Hogan lackey but he did have a lot of success in WWF and WCW for five years. I hope more of Hogan's friends will come on the show. Greg Valentine needed to be at that frat party with the ring outside the house.
Knobs did hurt Blixx badly with the throw outside the ring. Blixx claims Knobs interefered in his match yet Blixx was interfering in another match. Blixx got pissed at Knobs and sat out training like a baby. Knobs sure didn't mean to hurt him and was apologetic unlike Hardcore Holly deliberately injuring Matt on Tough Enough. Blixx seemed to have a bad attitude about everything.
The co-owner won the MCW title, no shock there considering all the other owners or promoters who've been champ.
The MCW bus with MCW spray painted on the window seems like the Savage tribute promoter going "ding" for a bell.
It seems like a cool show, a different take on behind the business shows. Some of them seem untalented (newer ones), babyish (Blixx) and the stinkface guy pulling down his whole pants is just disgusting but it seems like a neat show. I wonder if it will go the way of Pastamania or Hulk Hogan's Burgers (are they still around?). Johnny G. seems to have no control over his crew and aside from being in the business for so long he seems like a regular couch fan who got a little money, some buddies, a ring and decided to start a promotion.
I wonder if Micro Championship Wrestling came before or after Maryland Championship Wrestling, both MCW.

I can't believe they greenlighted that show. Guess adding Hulk Hogan is the reason why.

I couldn't tell if they were serious with the show or not.
The "fans" all seemed like a bought audience. And when they went to Knobbs gym (he looks like he needs to hit a gym not just own one) they already had Knobbs & Hogan's promo pics on the walls for the show they weren't even supposedly sponsoring yet.
I enjoyed the show but....I don't see it lasting. Not much substance and it's hard to take it seriously.
Why the hell is it on tru TV?

Will there be a midget version of the NWO?
That would be awesome.

HULK HOGAN MCW RATINGS by Dave Scherer @ 6:21 PM on 9/15/2011
The 9/14 edition of Hulk Hogan's MCW did a 0.81 rating with 999,000 viewers. As a point of reference, a show called South Beach Tow (and I am not sure if the two half hour episodes were repeats or not) did 0.81 rating with 1,158,000 viewers. The repeat of Hogan's show at 2 a.m. did a 0.27 rating with 309,000 viewers.
This damn near did equal to Impact.

I enjoyed the show but....I don't see it lasting. Not much substance and it's hard to take it seriously. Why the hell is it on tru TV? Sounds like the majority of TruTV's prime-time line-up. It starts out being somewhat serious, but then a lot of obviously-staged stuff happens for the sake of dramatic television. (I can't comment on shows other than what I watch, so think Seth and Ashley on Hardcore Pawn always getting under each others' skin. You know it's staged when you don't even feel bad for one or the other; it's not "real" so there's no way to feel anything about said situation.) The good: It's not a repo show or some sort of towing business with 500 pound tubs of cheese. MCW actually stands out from a lot of the crap that "network" shows. The bad: Why not cross-promote with World's Dumbest? You already have "wrestling veterans" Danny Bonaduce and Tonya Harding; use them! The ugly: Brian Knobbs would not be one of the first 1,000 guys I would question about how to draw money, yet he parades around like he knows it all. If it wasn't for Jimmy Hart and Hulk Hogan, Knobbs would be wrestling in community centers for gas money.
