WrestlePalooza is an event I own in two parts. (I may have accidentally recorded something over the middle 15 minutes.) Only match I don't have is Bam Bam Bigelow vs. New Jack, which isn't a real loss come to think of it.)
But Shane Douglas vs. Al Snow wasn't bad. Introducing the Legends of Georgia Extreme (Dick Slater, Bob Armstrong and Junkyard Dog just mere days before he died) was pretty cool.
My favorite moment is when Chris Candido shoved Lance Storm aside and wanted the spotlight to do his strut. I miss that man.

This was probably one of ECW's best PPVs. It was the only one I can remember where the matches actually built off the angles and storylines ECW was having at the time and weren't thrown together a week before the show by picking names out of a hat. except for the RVD/Sabu/Hayabusa/Shinzaki match, absolutely

Shane Douglas reaction to Awesome getting Awesome-bombed through the table on the floor summed up mine perfectly.

Possibly the best of New Jack's career. It's absurd without geting too cartoon-y and just makes the whole thing ridiculously fun.

Why is there no ECW Championship match? Because the champ was on commentary that night. The only good thing about that was shit loads of Francine shots, right after she had a boob job. Throaw. Yeah was an amazing event, and indeed probably ECW's best ever show from start to finish. If it isn't Heat Wave 98, its Anarchy Rulz 99. Wrestlepalooza 98 was absolutely destroyed by critics, but I dodn't think it was that bad myself. It had a fun RVD / Sabu clash as the highlight.
