Does anyone know when Barbarian and Warlord started to wear their outfits they are most known for as singles?
Barbarian, the one with fur and antlers and Warlord the silver & black outfit.

They were sold to The Brain and Slick in February of 1990, so soon after that. At Wrestlemania Barbarian was in transition and had the face paint but also had the furs.

Phantom of the Opera Warlord and Ghengis Khan Barbarian are two of my favorite characters from that era. The "W" wand is the stuff of legend.

I always wanted to see them randomly appear on the same Survivor Series team. Also, I thought Barbarian and Berzerker could have been a fun duo.
So maybe a Berzerker/Barbarian/Warlord/other hoss JTTS team would have worked. But alas, it wasn't meant to be.....

I'm surprised they were not pushed as foils to Warrior around that time. Warrior needed fresh opponents and two big strong intimidating looking guys seem to fill the bill.

Warlord was too busy being fed to the BritishBulldog Honestly like both a lot and always felt Barbarian was a very underrated big man.

If the Steroid scandal hadn't hit as hard as it did when it did, Warlord/Hogan would've been the main event. If dirtsheets at the time could be trusted.
