I was drunk when I first watched Requiem for a Dream and it made me so nervous that I puked

Came damn close when viewing A Serbian Film and was even closer when viewing Salo. I really need to stop letting the Cinema Snob peak my interest when he mentions disgusting movies. I was kind of interested in A Serbian film (Thanks to Pete Dorr) but the thought of it just makes me uneasy.

Maybe when I was little. I was a very weak-stomached lad.

Came pretty close during Saving Private Ryan. Had to go and splash some cold water on my face two or three times, but I had to tough out the movie because the people I saw it with wanted to see what happens to Tom Hanks. {Spoiler}He dies at the end. I've heard a LOT of stories about people vomiting during The Fly back in the 80s, so take that for what you will.

Cliffhanger, after Stallone's lady friend falls in the first few minutes. I was like 7, I thought it was real.
