I know that some of the territories were full of uneducated people, but did they really believe it was so real that they would go after people with knifes? Did they go after the other teams QB with a knife too? I'm not sure what territories being full of "uneducated people" has to do with anything. This kind of thing happened in every territory, except maybe St. Louis because they did their shows almost like dinner theater at the hotel and Sam Muchnick kept the heat low. Jim Cornette has mentioned working for Bill Watts and having their bankers, doctors, and lawyers tell them, "Good luck tonight." Not "Have a good show." *Hadn't meant to double post, but I hadn't seen this until after I posted the other response.*
