With Ghost Rider 2: Spirit of Vengeance getting critically bashed, I thought this was kind of interesting. Todd Farmer, co-writer of My Bloody Valentine 3-D, Drive Crazy 3-D, and Jason X, released a 23 page 'Treatment' (A script summary hitting all the details) of his rejected sequel idea. It appears that it was a front runner until studios decided to go with what was put out. It's a PDF file and it's packed with naughty language, so take that as your warning. Read it earlier and it's...okay. Farmer thinks it was rejected for being too violent (or at least, that is what was passed down to him), but I kind of doubt it. Anyway, here is Ghost Rider 2: Riders in the Storm wendago.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/GHOST_RIDER_2.pdf

2 paragraphs in and it's already better than Spirit of Vengeance. That was just a colossal bore.

Yeah, this had a unique idea for the plot and the ending sounded okay for the most part.
The odd obsession with reminding us that the flames are "licking" onto Blaze's face was odd to me...but I guess it would be hard to come up with numerous descriptors for "And then his freaking face became fire."
