I admit I have no expertise on the female body but this doesn't sound very normal.
Seriously though, it's an Atlus game. If it's not tough it's doing something very wrong.

Yeah, this game is insanely hard.....and it freaking knows it, flat out saying that the hardest difficulty setting is only for masochists.....

I was able to get through all the levels on normal with enough practice. Had to use a walkthrough to get the gold trophies for each level though.
Now if you want to talk about the Babel levels, those frustrate me to no end.
