I always hear bad things about baby sitters, but I had this old lady who would always play sega with me. She used to watch me on weekends till I was like 10. She would just sleep and play streets of rage. Even left me stuff when she died, she was awesome.
Then I had a bad one from 10-12, her name was sha'sharon, she was terrible, and very often was the source of my turmoil. First breast I ever saw though. I was stupid obsessed with Godzilla at the time, and she would taunt me about it.

I had a grandma who lived 4 blocks away, with my school in between my parents house and my grandmas house.
I did have a babysitter a little later on, but that was mainly because I wanted to stay at home. I was old enough to stay home by myself, but not old enough to stay at home with my younger brother.

Yeah. When my parents went away to work, they'd usually have me stay with my grandmother who acted as a babysitter. She fed me chocolate chip cookies & gave me some apple juice and would take me out for vanilla ice cream. I'd stay with her for about 8 hours until the parents came back home

Yes, several.
One I barely remember anything about.
One was the daughter of a friend of the family, she was cool.
The rest of the time it was my grandparents I guess.

But since you are in a lot of my favorite movies I'll see about getting you pardoned, so long as you don't destroy Tokyo for at least a week after your release.

I had a really cool babysitter who took me and my sister into the city to pick up her best friend. Oh the adventures we had that night, we sang the blues and I think we met Thor

Yeah, me and my little brother were looked after by a lovely woman from when I was 5 to about 12, so we were pretty close. Her daughters had all moved out, but she still had a NES in the house she let us play. That probably started my love of Nintendo.
Last year it was her 60th birthday and her daughter threw a surprise party for her, so I drove me and my brother over there to see her. The look on her face was priceless, and many laughs a trip down memory lane was had. She didn't have the damn NES anymore though. That was disappointing.

Three older siblings and grandparents that lived about 3 blocks away. My grandparents knew I loved X-Men (I watched the cartoon at their place every Saturday morning), and occasionally they picked up the latest issue for me. I wouldn't say they gave me my addiction to comic books (that started with my older brother), but they certainly helped it along.

When I was really young, like 3-4 or something, I used to be with my nan a lot with my older cousin. My cousin and I look weirdly alike (we're not blood relatives) so people would always mistake us for brother and sister.
Otherwise, during school holidays, I went to a vacation care place. I'd been there for so long, everybody there knew me, and myself and my friends would always get special allowances/freedoms because they knew we were smart kids.
On the other side of the coin though, myself and a friend babysat for my drama teacher in high school. 3 boys, aged 5-11. Never again man, never again.
