Vince Confronts Joey Styles after Royal Rumble
PWInsider reports that right after Joey Styles walked through the curtain at the end of the Royal Rumble PPV, Vince McMahon grabbed him and took him aside and gave him another verbal beating. It was previously reported that Vince doesn’t like how Joey Styles puts more emphasis on wrestling moves than over the storylines.
This isn’t the first time that Vince has complained to Styles, and before him, Coach was the one getting the heat from Vince.
There is a feeling backstage that WWE hadn’t realized what they had with Jim Ross until he was gone. Whether Ross would ever consider coming back or not is unknown Ross is pretty much financially set right now, and is likely not very happy with what WWE did to him when he left. There is however still a contract sent to him by WWE which we don’t have anything new on right now.
Test and Mick Foley Pissed Over Eddie Guerrero Exploitation
Test talked about how the WWE is using Eddie's name in its current storylines, on his website
Martin wrote, "What I have seen of the handling of Eddies death wants to make me puke. You know? When Eddie past away, I said to a friend of mine that instead of mourning I betcha Vince is thinking of how he can make money out of this? Not to say I said so but to be honest I didn't see the burning of Eddie's lowrider..I heard about it which was enough to make me sick then...and now I see Randy Orton saying, "Eddie is in hell"...is that how desperate this company is right now...I wonder what does Eddies wife and three beautiful children think when they hear people saying that their husband and father are in hell? Is there no boundaries to this...disgrace..this...CHEAP heat. I wonder how Eddie;s kids feel when they go to school {and we all know how cruel children can be} and get ridiculed and made fun of because their dad is supposedly in hell? I wonder how Eddie's wife feels when the man she stood by for so long and changed his life around is being told to MILLIONS of people that her husband is in hell? Well if Eddie was in hell Vince would know because he's the one who would have to let him in and I guarantee that's not where Eddie is! Classy guys..real FN' classy!"

Surprisingly, (or not surprisingly, considering the "today we shoot, tomorrow we work" attitude on WWE.com), Mick Foley's latest "Foley Is Blog" entry on WWE.com sees the former World Champion disagreeing with WWE's decision to use the memory of Eddie Guerrero to get what Foley calls "cheap heat" for Randy Orton. In fact, Foley even states at the start of the column that perhaps his "concerns might be more appropriately expressed in a personal phone call to Vince McMahon."
After talking about his own personal history with Guerrero, Foley writes that he does not believe that Guerrero's wife appreciated the "Eddie's in Hell" statement, and that Randy Orton "doesn't need this" in order to be effective. Foley's final lines in the column are the most poignant, staging:
"the recent SmackDown episode did not honor his legacy, it exploited his death. I hope it will end, and the sooner the better. For by exploiting his death we achieve what I thought wouldn’t be possible: We cheapen his life."
