Seconded. Also... -The Drive. Yes, I was just a child, but still. -The most recent playoff game the Browns were in. Had the game in the BAG. Then...well, it's the Browns. Holcomb had one HELL of a game (429 yards!!!) and it was for nothing. -Losing the NBA Finals to the Spurs. -Missing the HS football playoffs thanks to a trick play by our rival. ....asshats. -Kent State losing to Indiana in the Elite Eight.

I'll throw in one more Mets one: the Luis Castillo drop against the Yankees in 2009. I would pinpoint that, moreso than the 2 collapses, as the point where the Mets started going in that tailspin that continues today.
New York Jets: I don't think the 3 AFC title game losses in the past 15 years hurts as the fake spike in 1994. The Jets entered the game looking for a share of first place in the division and had a 28-6 lead. Not only did they lose that, between the rest of the season and the next 2 seasons they would only win 4 games total.
New York Rangers: Losing in the second round to the defending champion Penguins after winning the President's trophy in 1992. Also, Chris Drury stealing a possible 3-2 series lead in 2007. And then we signed him that offseason and he didn't do anything for us.
Knicks: Charles Smith. Also, game 7 in 1995 against the Pacers. Ewing's missed finger roll to tie the game at the end is probably why he doesn't get enough credit for what he did in his career. Never mind the fact he won game 5 of that series and he had no true help whatsoever.
Honorable mention to the fight at the end of game 5 in 1997 against the Heat that turned the tide in that series, much like the Spurs-Suns example mentioned before.
