I have some blues, country, and jazz from the 20s and 30s. I don't know what would be the oldest but I have stuff like Uncle Dave Macon, Dock Boggs, and Memphis Minnie.

Blind Willie Johnson's complete recordings, the earliest of which date back to 1927. Some of the best slide guitar you'll ever hear.

"Genius of Modern Music Vol. 1" by Thelonious Monk, according to iTunes. 1947
Interesting side note: Also according to iTunes, one song I have apparently comes from the year 2935. Deerhoof - "Fresh Born"

I have an old Bing Crosby record from 1941. I'm pretty sure that's the oldest one I have.
