So, what is the oldest album in your collection?
And by oldest, I mean when the music was produced and not your first albums.
I've been going through my CD's and the oldest I have is King Crimson's "In the Court of the Crimson King", originally produced in 1969.

I have Bach, Vivaldi, Saint-Saens, etc. Outside of that, I have a bunch of Coltrane and Miles Davis stuff.

White Noise - An Electric Storm (1969).
That is, oldest actual album I own a physical copy of. I've got some Ink Spots stuff on iTunes that's dated as 1956.

I stick to mostly music from the 90's to the present. I dont think I have anything older than from 1988.

I got a few songs from RHCP's Blood Sugar Sex Magik album on my iPod which were released in 1991. About three years before I was born.

Oldest song (original recording) is Louis Jordan and The Tympany Five's "Beans and Cornbread" from 1949. There may be older in my collection, but I can't find information on the songs or they were recorded post their original performance (The Great Gates of Kiev).

Probably The Planets - Gustav Holst
non-classical it would be ...
1975 Queen - A Night at the Opera
I have older music but I think they are re-mixed or re-mastered or with new stuff so not original albums.
