How over he is isnt what amazes me. What amazes me is he did it mostly all by himself. He should be a lesson to every wrestler coming up. I never want to hear another wrestler complain about the writers or creative. If you can't get over, it's a you problem not a them problem. Of course, the Ryder method isn't going to work a second time. That's the kind of thing that can only be done once. Someone else underutilized tried to get over through a webshow, they'll be dismissed (by fans, if not the company) for copying Ryder. This isn't the first time this has happened. Of course, the other time it happened was Matt Hardy and he got over on his personal problems. He probably could've gotten farther with that if he'd developed great promo skills--but--even if he hadn't, he was probably already screwed because his blabbing is what got him fired in the first place. I think it could happen again, the next person would just have to be very original about it. I could see Ryder's show even becoming a vehicle for other underutilized talents to get over.
