Honestly, Undertaker always felt like he had a moveset above every other wrestlers'.
Half his signature moves are finishers for other people and even years later until he became a once a year attraction, he was still adding things to his arsenal.

For my tastes, Punk or Bryan. I've always been a fan of guys who mix technical wrestling and submissions with martial arts strikes.
They wrestle a nice mix between indy and WWE style as well, knowing enough moves to keep things varied in big matches, without seeming like they're totally changing their styles or devaluing their signature moves by constantly adding random crap to their proverbial CAWs.

Ryback. Basic Moves done with force that look absolutely brutal.
Seriously that Lariat while not great for say Hansen , Is awesome for a guy in the WWE. Best move in the entire company in my humble opinion.

Ryback.
Big difference between Ryback and other recent "monsters". His moves are fun to watch, he switches up which ones he uses, and they all have impact.
I wish he'd throw back in his spear. That and the lariat could be finishers. The guy really has at least 4 potential finishers including his old one the overtheshoulder boulderholder or whatever it's called.

The thing about Ryback is, it seems his entire moveset was a guy going in the CAW mode and giving him every cheat move he could think of.

I like Sheamus' a lot. Big power moves like slams mixed with more impressive ones like the slingshot shoulder block. He has a little bit of everything in his moveset, the top rope shoulder block, the running shoulder in the corner, the rope-hung chest punches. One of my favorite moves of Sheamus' is that one-handed backbreaker. And I'm loving that somebody is using a bicycle kick, and one that looks absolutely brutal, at that.

Right now, Tyson Kidd. I think he's doing what Punk & Bryan do just as well as those two, if not a bit better.
But...wow. Ryback. Really, guys? OK.

Ryback for me. Flashy and technical moves are great too, but it's rare these days to see someone with a moveset that actually looks like it can do some real damage.

I'll add to the Ryback love, the thing for me is the intensity of the moves he performs, impactful and visual.
But overall best moves? Punker, DB, and I like Swaggers.

Ryback is NOT a meme.
However, "Ryback is not a meme" IS a meme.
Wait, what was the question?

I'd say Alex Riley and John Cena. Both mid sized musclemen with the perfect combination of brawling, power moves, and cruiserweight-ish moves. Cena has a pretty great moveset (I miss the Throwback though), with his only flaw being that he chains his moves together in a single sequence.

Daniel Bryan. I love the vicious knee drops, the stiff kicks, the European uppercut, the top rope front dropkick, the surfboard, the diving knee off the apron, and of course the Yes! Lock.

Yep, I'll hop on the Ryback love train. Granted, the reason why his moveset is so effective is because he is in 2-3 minute squash matches but still. Also, Taker is another good choice considering that as a decades long veteran of the sport, he was STILL adding moves to arsenal.
