You know I was thinking about the ratings for Raw and I started to think about something. The ratings we see are only US ratings, correct? I ask this because we keep seeing somewhere between 4.3 and 4.6 million viewers for Raw, but if that's only America, is it really THAT bad? I mean I don't expect Canada to even come close to matching that, but even if they added 1 million, that's a lot more people watching the show "live" than we think.
Does anyone know the average Canadian viewers for an episode of Raw?

When they switched to The Score (a network the WWE owns a small part of) from TSN, the ratings sunk. The Score is available in less homes than TSN.

Also the 15 min delay has hurt them. They once claim a law prevents them from showing it live, but they have shown ALL the Smackdown Tuesday shows live. Upon research no such law actually exists, it just seems like an excuse to get a longer broadcast.
Another factor is The Score does not offer and HD channel to some cable providers, which also cause's less subscriptions.
I personally watch it live on the internet. Streams are not quite HD quality yet, but better than being 15 min behind for no reason.
