Let's see.....
Edge and Christian (Soda's Rule was classic!!) Austin stunning McMahon for the first time HBK's feud with Taker back when he was in DX DX invading WCW Eric Bischoff's First appearance on Raw (such a never thought it would happen moment) Bret and HBK's reunion on Raw (so surreal) Chris Jericho's debut ECW invasion angle to join up with WCW. Seeing my two favorite ECW wrestlers, RVD and Tommy Dreamer, come through the crowd was the last time I truly marked out

The 123 kid beating Razor has got to be my favorite, my next closest one is Austin breaking into Pillman's house. That was awesome TV, when Austin beat up the one bodyguard with a toy wagon, I was forever sold.

When Austin interupted a Rock match by driving a pick up blaring AC/DC. He got on top and drank some Steveweisers. It was the first time I'd seen anything like it in wrestling. It was such a great moment and even though I'm not a redneck/blue collar type of dude that moment was so great because it was WWE finally connecting with the right kind of wrestling audience.
It was 97 I think because they were feuding over the IC title. I never see it on video packages because I guess Austin was technicallly drinking and driving or maybe they don't want to pay for Back in Black. Does anyone remember this?

so many to choose from!
-the forming of the ECW/WCW alliance ("Savor the moment") -JEricho's debut -Lesnar's debut OUT OF FREAKING NOWHERE -HHH/Stephnie renewal of vows and ensuing chaos -Milkaamania! -Bischoff on Raw (my first "phone's ringing/IMs blowing up" moment) -Raw Draft day 2004 (edge's return and the end of show free-for-all) -Nexus Debut -2002 DX 30 second reunion -all the DX teases in 2006 (I was at the 5/1/06 show when HHH and HBK had to guest ref matches. When they met up at the top of the stage we thought it was happening that night) -Joey's worked shoot -Punk's Pipebomb promo -HHH's return in 2002 -underrated: Benoit bantering with Orton just before Summerslam 2004. Orton bragged about the victory footage and Benoit mentioned footage of Orton tapping out. When Orton insisted the footage didn't exist, Benoit grabbed Orton and locked him in the crossface so they could get PLENTY of video of Orton tapping out. -Cena's "Rap concert" (2005) -Hurricane/Rock promos

Tyson & Austin. Just watching Vince McMahon screaming "YOU RUINED IT, DAMMIT, YOU RUINED IT!" and Austin flipping the bird at him is an instant laugh.

Gosh tons of stuff that I would agree with here.
I'll add one that hasn't been mentioned, when "The Old Stone Cold" returned after the Freddie Blassie speech to beat up the entire Alliance by himself before Invasion.
I always love JR's call "OH THERE HE IS! IT'S STONE COLD! BUT IS IT THE OLD STONE COLD!? OH HE'S TALKIN'! HE'S TALKIN'!!! THE RATTLESNAKE IS BACK!! STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN IS STRIKING ANYTHING THAT BY-GOD MOVES!!"

Another of mine is ECW re-forming and joining in on the Invasion with that awesome promo from Paul Heyman. I was so pissed when they completely ruined it no less than an hour later. I'm still convinced to this day that the reason they didn't run with it is because they knew that if they kept ECW as it's own faction of ass-kickers, they would have been more over than the WWF guys.

Wow, hard to think.
-I was legit shocked when Shawn Michaels collapsed after Owen Hart hit him with an enzuguri. Big mark out moment there and being concerned that my favourite wrestler looked like he was gonna die.
-Bret and Owen reuniting on Raw, with Owen crying and getting the family back together.
-Dude Love's debut, good lord, that maybe up there around the very top. Why did Mick hate that gimmick, I loved it.
-Dude love interviewing Mankind and Cactus Jack, leading to Cactus Jack vs Triple H.
-Vince McMahon before Wrestlemania finally admitting that he wanted Austin to lose at Wrestlemania. First time if I remember correctly that he had an actual bias and really set up the heel turn into full swing.
-The DX parody of the Nation.
-Mankind winning the WWF Championship
-Numerous Rock promos throughout 1999.
-Chris Jericho's debut
-Jericho vs Triple H with the title change that never happened.
-Kazoos and streamers. Long live the stream and long live the zoo. I think that was on Raw.
-Vince buying WCW.
-The Kurt Angle milk truck.
Hmm, I Think I may end up giving too many answers. I'll stop there. For now anyway.

Way too many, but if I could catergorize them and rank the top 3:
Comedy: Bed Pan McMahon This is your Life Rock Concert
Drama: Bret/HBK truce Flair Farewell Raw is Owen
Shock: Nexus debut CM Punk Shoot Eric Bischoff debut
Epic: Foley wins gold! Austin stuns McMahon at MSG! Austin vs Tyson!

Austin coming back and Stunnering the living f*** out of everyone in the ring, I got amazing chills, because it was everything I wanted a WCW vs. WWF angle to be.

They actually gave the truck away a month or so later and I want to say some grandma won it.
