Jericho's debut in 1999. I was such a huge mark for him in WCW, and seeing him show up on RAW and go back and forth with The Rock was the most surreal feeling I'd had watching wrestling at that point in my life. I still mark for that clip to this day.

The Hollywood Rock concert, the Hurricane/Rock stuff, Triple H and Eugene in the bounce house, Jericho's debut, the Radicalz debut, HBK and HHH when it was revealed that Hunter attacked Shawn, Undertaker's heel turn on JR, Austin surprising Hart in the ambulance all off the top of my head.

If I had to pick just one, I'd say the Trial of Eric Bischoff. A segment that I loved both as a kid, and one that I think still holds up pretty well now. Plus, it involved two of my favorite things: courtroom shenanigans and Mick Foley.
