What did everyone think of this film? I thought it was a dark yet unique sequel to Wizard of Oz. Its a shame that it doesnt get as much attention as it should.

I liked it a lot. I had the Little Golden Book that had a lot of awesome drawing from the movie in there....while in terms of story, it's not at good as the 1939 movie, but I enjoy the look of the movie much more.

Don't remember much of it but i liked it, I never understood why people were scared of the wheelies though.

I remember enjoying it a lot. I got it off Netflix about a year ago and still really enjoyed it.
Its far from a perfect movie but it is a lot of fun to watch.

absolutely love this movie. It's where my crush on Fairuza Balk began. (she's like 8 years older than me so it's not as creepy as it sounds) A little something I made a while back.

The only film I've inducted into Movienalia that I love. That's because it was a FAN request. Very strange and very damn good!

A year or so ago my then gf, now fiance, mentioned it in a casual conversation and I had no clue it even existed. Out of curiosity and her love for the flick I found a copy and made the purchase. From a quick glance at the back of the dvd I expected a light hearted/campy "modern" version of the original, I was very wrong. For whatever reason I cant remember specifics at the moment but the thing that stands out in my mind is this: Im pretty sure im going to have to suggest a viewing of it the next chance we have at a stay-at-home movie night.
