it was just depressing to see him limp through the match last night with badly dyed, frizzy hair and a badly just for men goatee but his knees looked shot and hopefully thats the end for big kev.

He looked pretty slow but at least he got threw it.
I'd like to see WWE use him as a comedy guy and host NXT or something like that.

Meltz said Nash went into this as a potential retirement match. Sounds like it's very touch or go with him, especially after tonight where they gave him "at least 6 weeks to recover" from his kayfabe injury, which opens the door for the Rumble. I can't imagine him staying around after WM otherwise.

his in ring days should be over. his playing a heel character in storylines days should be over.
he does have an upside, however. he'd make a decent color commentator. or he'd make for an entertaining ex superstar for one of their network reality shows

What's been most frustrating about his WWE run is that I (and I think most others) were looking back at the PCS Challenge and wanting to see THAT Kevin Nash. The one we got is anything but.

I don't know how much was selling HHH's attacks to his legs and how much was legitimate problems with his legs/knees. I have to say, though, that match and Nash's performance were better than I expected.

The problem with Nash as a manager is he dwarves most wrestlers, it just wouldn't look right. I mean someone playing the face manager in peril against a heel he could probably lawndart like he did Rey? I know he's been a manager/bodyguard before, but as a silent heel, where the plan was for him to start wrestling in his own right down the line.
He'd work far better as the mouthpiece for a faction, as a colour commentator or doing stuff for the WWE network where his natural charisma can shine.

Superstar Billy Graham had no problem doing something similar, they just put kayfabe emphasis on his RL injuries, and bam, instant manager for Muraco.

It worked for Shawn Michaels, though...just have him be the intimidating enforcer.. Maybe a loud Nash would work for guys that can't talk?? But then would he be stealing his own guy's heat..? Kinda inbetween on this one. Maybe a loud Nash would work for guys that can't talk?? But then would he be stealing his own guy's heat..? Kinda inbetween on this one.

Enforcer's a different matter, they're supposed to be quiet and look scary behind a smaller guy, a manager is very up front and in your face. And the Superstar example is a bit different, seeing as Muraco was a big guy himself, and was a long established guy anyway.

Put him in the Legend house. Wouldn't have a problem with that at all. For all my complaints about Nash, he's a genuinely funny guy, as his TNA stint proved.

i wish he came in grey, would have looked less ridiculous, still would have been ridiculous but less ridiculous. why? For a guy in his early 50s he looks very very good. Most guys in their early 50s look like old men. Nash with dyed hair could pass for at least 45 or maybe even 40.

i wish he came in grey, would have looked less ridiculous, still would have been ridiculous but less ridiculous. I really did love grey haired Nash. He wore it pretty gracefully. WWE had magic on their hands at the Royal Rumble and I think that showed that Nash had relevancy. I really feel bad for Nash because I personally feel he deserves a better swan song in WWE than this bogus feud with Triple H. They shoved him in a feud with Punk that didn't gel, hardly attempted to fill new fans in on who the guy even was, never seemed to go in with a plan with him AT ALL. I'm a fan of Nash and it seems like with his tenure, it wasn't fun to watch him go out like this. It's weird seeing a guy like Nash go unexempt from WWE's obsession with taking guys outside their comfort zone. Nash kind of reinvented himself in TNA as a guy who played the game and was just trying to give back in his twilight years and that would've been a cool reinvention for WWE. I like the idea being thrown around of Nash being a bodyguard for someone. It's a rehash but it'd be an effective use of him without taking the spotlight from anyone else.

Nash just needs to walk out one week on Smackdown and Jackknife Cole through the announce table. That way we can have the return of Chet Lemon and Black Snow.
