wish this segment had taken place at another old school raw. since it's already almost the new year, i'm losing faith that we'll have another old school raw anytime soon if ever

I liked it. Got the vibe that Roddy was being the Palpatine to Cena's Anakin.
(Or Luke, if you prefer.)

I loved it a lot. Hoping it leads towards Cena snapping, but I won't hold my breath.

I have said this before, but Cena will turn heel completely the night after Mania. The show will close with Rock and Cena shaking hands after the previous night's main event (in which Cena wins lol). As Rock is about to leave, Cena hits him with the AA and goes to the outside and grabs a chair. Cena proceeds to beat the shit out of Rocky with the chair a la Austin at WM 17. Put the icing on the cake with a chair shot to the head, in which Rock bleeds to put the point across. The show closes with Cena taking of his wristbands and throwing them on the mat as he gives the finger to the crowd. The kids in the crowd are in absolute shock as Cena grabs the mic and says Hustle, Loyalty, Respect is dead. Cena stands over a bloodied Rock and we set up Cena-Rock II at SummerSlam.

They should've did this segment while they were still in some place like Boston. Thing about Carolina, lots of traditional fans so even a face like Cena will get majority cheers.
Was surprised to see Del Rio get a bit of a chant near the end though.
