I don't buy it. WWE wants more of the model type than actual wrestler. Neither of these two (especially Del Rey) would fall under that category. Well they hired Kong and she not a model type... Yeah, but do you think she would have gotten hired if it wasn't for her look? Not to mention that they wanted to sign her in 2007 before she decided to go to TNA.

I think WWE could make tons of money off of SDR. She's sexy and will kick your head off.

I'm quite proud of spotting them in the FCW crowd as I'm sure that's where this rumour came from. I think that's where it originates from as well. She could've just been going to see the show or visiting someone. She was already rejected by WWE in the past. I'll believe it when I see it. She just signed on as a headliner for SHINE...so...I'll wait and see.

I would love for this to be true, but I don't buy it. SDR would be a huge exception to what they typically hire. Mercedes would mean the entire McMahon/Levesque bloodline was suddenly wiped off the planet.

PWInsider just posted their latest hotline audio segment (the TNA post game show) and at the end they talked about it.
They said SDR has indeed been offered a deal and is currently going through the standard medical tests, but it should be official soon.

Perhaps that's why she and Rush just dropped the SHIMMER tag titles to the Candian NINJAs last night? Hmm?

If true, it's bizzare. Lately, WWE creative has been even less interested in the women's division than usual, which is saying a lot. Not to mention the fact that {Spoiler}she just returned to Ring of Honor at their most recent TV taping a litte over a week ago.

FCW is proud to announce the addition of Della Reyse to the Divas roster Given her obsession with Golden Girls I'm half-expecting her to debut as Sophia Dorothy Rose.

Ohhhh.....my.....god......potentially the greatest day in the history of women's wrestling. Triple H really must be in charge though. These recent signings do not seem like Johnny Ace style signings. I mean, Sara is an attractive lady, but she isn't in any dirty girly magazines. I can't wait to see Sasha Belgrade.

So since Triple H has taken over talent recruiting/been an exec. WWE has brought in Sin Cara, Kharma, Claudio, Hero, Pac, Paige, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and SDR off the top of my head.
Not to bad a recruiting list for a little under 2 years. If half even pan out that is a damn good haul.

The roster now in FCW is pretty impressive. Most of the guys were actually trained outside of FCW, except for like, Bo Dallas, Bray Wyatt, Big E Langston and Leakee. And they were signed well before Triple H got into power. But yeah, Trips has been signing guys who do work internationally, or at least have some experience. You know, people who are practically TV ready to help build for the future. What a concept.

And I'm as against HHH the onscreen guy as much as anyone can possibly be, but if this is all at his behest, he seems to be the right guy for the job. I'm already thinking on other guys that I hope he signs up.

I find SDR incredibly attractive.
And she's a fantastic wrestler, or so I hear.
That is all.

Nice to be proven wrong. Death Rey totally deserves it. Hopefully the tests come through fine.

Mercedes would mean the entire McMahon/Levesque bloodline was suddenly wiped off the planet. Could you elaborate? Was Mercedes blacklisted somehow? Still hoping that the SDR rumor is true.

Not to mention the fact that {Spoiler}she just returned to Ring of Honor at their most recent TV taping a litte over a week ago. If it is true it actually is in line with what WWE did in the past. The push to hire more competent female wrestlers like Molly Holly, Jazz, etc... happened after Lita got very popular. They realized they needed people for her to work with and she couldn't just keep going back and forth between Trish, Ivory and Jacqueline over and over again. Then she was injured and they used Trish instead--but the principle seems to be the same: a woman gets over/they think a woman could be a star they start hiring other talents to work with her. They also did that with Sable, bringing in Jacqueline, Luna Vachon etc... and of course bringing in more talents to work with Trish Stratus. The recent Observer report said they see AJ Lee as being the next it girl of the division, so that could be why they are bringing in more wrestlers and will probably start cutting the 8x10 girls within the next month or so, hanging onto just a few like Kelly and Layla.
