I still like New Found Glory. They still put out good music. And i know Punk has hung out with em, so Punk probably loves this.
You guys are just too old.

They have performed in almost every Warped Tour for tue past ten years Well then I take it back...The Warped Tour has always been terrible. I went in 2003 and it was awesome.

This picture never gets old, because, while everyone is putting on faces for the photo, Punk looks like he does not want to be there, even though he does. If people didn't know he was friends with them, they'd think his expression was legit.

NFG is to Punk music as CM Punk is to Olympic Curling

I never thought I'd see a picture with Punk and NFG posing with one of the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.
Lots of NFG hate in this thread, which is disappointing. They still put on a great live show and while their last album, Radiosurgery, was pretty mediocre, the one before that, titled Not Without a Fight, was AWESOME. It might be my favorite album from them ever. Check out the UFC themed video for that album's lead single "Listen to Your Friends".

This too I dont know if were too old, i just never got silly pop punk, I like newer punk like AFI, or Dropkick, even Less Than Jake, but NFG and Bowling for Soup is what my friends and I used to call Pizza Punk, its safe and "funny" not what i want my punk to be.

WWE does the same type of thing with every Cena shirt, a lot of people do it (not me though ). It's really cool to see two things you love mixed together.

Newer punk? AFI started in 1991, Less Than Jake in 1992, Dropkick in 1996, and NFG in 1997. NFG is the newest of all of those bands, but I consider them all to pretty much be peers within the Epitaph/Warped Tour era of punk. And if you're comparing NFG to Bowling for Soup then you should honestly give them another listen. Aside from melodic, hooky chorus' the two are completely different animals. Like I said earlier in this thread, I highly recommend the album Not Without a Fight. Great stuff.

If you're not into pop-punk, you wouldn't appreciate them, but if you are, they're about as good as it gets.

Please don't put NFG and Bowling for Soup in the same category. If anything, Less than Jake are worlds goofier than NFG, if you listen to their music. Sure, their image is fun-loving and not too serious, but they came up in the emo-punk scene of the late 90s, so their music (mostly) isn't nearly as goofy as that stuff, it's actually pretty serious.

Eh, I like a handful of their songs. Looking back, this was kind of a dick comment to make. I'll just say I'm not a fan and move on. Also, Warped Tour has not been appealing to me in recent years because of how many -core bands are in the lineup. I had a 3 year stretch of going to Warped and the ska acts were my main motivation. They seem to be fewer and fewer in number each year (although I don't think I even looked up this recent lineup, so I might be wrong as far as this year goes).

They generally do one ska band per year nowadays. This year it's Streetlight Manifesto and recent years have been Less Than Jake, Big D and the Kids Table and Reel Big Fish.

Yeah Big D was a major attraction for me as they're one of my favorite bands. Or at least they were before Fluent in Stroll...
