Now that Booker T is the SmackDown GM, would you like to see him routinely punish whiny heels by making them go one on one with himself?
You could either have a midcarder like Slater or Dirty Curty doing the job to Booker. Or he could put himself in the main event teaming with Sheamus or Orton against the Prime Time Players. He could provide a slight boost to the SmackDown roster without taking away the spotlight.

So instead of an evil heel GM going after faces, we get a spiteful face GM going after heels? How about a GM that just makes matches when needed, announce that he/she has signed a new superstar and that's it.

Spite would be the heel wins clean, or uses weapons in a match with no rules, and is then punished with another match for winning.

Whiny is not deserving of punishment. Hell, even if there is someone that is deserving of punishment, it still shouldn't be Booker doing it. The only time he should lay his hands on someone is if they lay their hands on him.
