I liked the second Flintstones better. Say what you will, but the cast was more suited to the roles *goes to check cast list* "Mark Addy." I know that name. Why do I know that name? *goes to check his list: Robert Baratheon. Robert. Baratheon.[/i] Mind. Blown.

I like to believe Ralphie grew up to be that scientist 'I'm Not Tony Stark' in Iron Man.

I read one theory that claims that the kids in A Christmas Story grew up to be the kids from Porkys (it was made by the same director after all), which i suppose would make ACS a prequel. I sure hope Jean Sheppard never read that theory.

I sure hope Jean Sheppard never read that theory. Yeah, except A Christmas Story takes place in the suburbs of a fictional town in Indiana. Porky's takes place in Florida. You expect anyone to believe everyone in that town just moved? Like it was bought by Mr. Potter from It's A Wonderful Life, and turned into a plaza?! Actually... Anyways, poor Bob Clark, he's probably spinning in his grave over this.

I like to pretend this was the alternate universe sequel: fixed Wow, I read that book when I was a kid how the hell did I not know there was movie??!?!! Also, speaking of Dirt Bike Kid, I knew from seeing films like No Holds Barred and The Princess Bride that big guys from movies sometimes showed up on wrestling, so I always hoped we would eventually see the Hulkster take on Big Slime at a Saturday Night's Main Event.

Anyways, poor Bob Clark, he's probably spinning in his grave over this. "Somewhat" fictional. Jean Shepherd hated Hammond so much he wouldn't even acknowledge he was from here for the longest time. (Hence why "Hammond" isn't mentioned, but the yo-yo swallowing clodhopper down in "Griffith" is. So he named the town after the main street's pronunciation: Homan (Hohman). I can't even say Mr. Potter bought it and renamed it by the actual name "Hammond", because it was incorporated as a town in 1884. Maybe he borrowed Doc Brown's DeLorean. (Yeah, I live here and picked up a lot of dumb facts about it.)
