ESPN Films' 30 for 30 is getting ready to start back up for a second season. What's your favorite from the opening 30 films?
The U has to be my favorite overall, but I also loved Pony Excess, the Reggie Miller one, and also the Little League WS one was great as well.

'Winning Time', 'June 17, 1994' and the Pablo Escobar/Andres Escobar one were all pretty sweet. My personal favorite though is "Kings Ransom' for obvious reasons.

I thought "The U" was kind of boring. I was pumped for it, but it was an hour and 45 minutes of guys saying "we used to dance a lot, we were tough, and we didn't care". And not even good guys, really. Mostly chodes like Jeremy Shockey.
The Vlade Divac / Drazen Petrovic one is probably my favorite, barely over the Reggie Miller vs. The Knicks one.

I really liked Catching Hell. I am fascinated by the Bartman incident and the way Cubs fans reacted. Just a very interesting situation.

My favorite, and I'm surprised no one has mentioned it, is "The Best That Never Was." It tells the pretty heartbreaking story of Marcus Dupree, probably the most sought-after recruit in history and how his career was derailed by injury and people influencing him to make bad career decisions.

My favorites are Pony Excess, Fab Five, and the one on Bartman. However, there really hasn't been a bad one, IMO.

The fact that some of our Cub fan brethren still feel like he is the reason they lost that game is enraging!

I haven't watched all of them. Hell barely watched any of them. The only ones I've seen were Pony Excess, The Birth of Big Air, Once Brothers, and The Real Rocky.
Of those my absolute favorites were Pony Excess and Once Brothers.

This is the best one for me as well. There are so many things that you can learn from watching this one. I watch it whenever it airs.

Is there a way to see the 30 for 30 "shorts"? I read about them on the 30 for 30 wiki page but the only one i can find is the pete rose one.
