I think the teaser I linked to is just gonna be something about another Winter Soldier, and of course... {Spoiler}It's gonna lead to something about Bucky returning to life, if Brubaker's recent tweets about 2012 being a big year for Cap are to be believed. Yeah I figured that was probably the case. While I'll be glad to have Bucky back also.. why the f*** kill him off in the first place? Uh.................shock value? Story? Really, it's just kinda dumb. Mind you, the way they did it was kinda stupid, with just having Bucky getting his ass kicked for that one issue and that's it. I mean, prior to the issue he died, he wasn't there at all, and there was really no set up to it.

It seems Barnes & Noble yanked a bunch of DC graphic novels from its shelves because DC gave Amazon exclusive digital rites. Seems a little petty and counterproductive. I could see not ordering any more; but pulling existing products from the shelves means you aren't making sales ya could've.

I woulda been ok with it, still not pleased, but ok with it had it happened in Cap's actual book instead of it just being an issue of a shitty crossover with no buildup at all.

For those not reading it, check out the Chaos storyline currently running in the Transformers comics.

I was just looking through a random internet cover gallery and I was going through the early days of the X-Men. Something kinda funny from the early issues X-Men that featured the new "international" team... like never featured Wolverine on the cover. If the covers are to be believed Nightcrawler, Storm, and Colossus were the main stars among the newer crew since they took front a center way more often than Wolverine. Just a funny observation in my opinion since later one there was the period of Wolverine publicity.

/\ it might be hard to believe, but people hated Wolverine when he first showed up. Marvel used to get letters from fans all the time saying he should be killed off. to be fair, before John Byrne came aboard he was mostly written as a one-note unlikeable jackass.

We have another nU change to previous canon. SPOILER'd, cause it hasn't happened yet, though it was spoiled in the NY Post link with a "hilarious" title. On a brighter note, the first book has now gone past 100,000 copies.

Yeah, makes sense and it probably better than a fatherless clay thing that came to life.
It also makes me really hope for a new DC/Marvel cross over one day, where Diana meets her 'brother' in Marvel's Herc

Since if you want to stretch technicality they're related. ...cuz you just know Herc would try to tap that.

Frankenstein: Agent of Shade #2 was alright - honestly, it feels like they're just kind of ripping off Hellboy with the whole thing though. Frank & Co are a really fun team to watch in action though because they've got the wolfman, a vampire-esque thing, a creaturette from the black lagoon, and a mummy. So its like MONSTER SQUAD, but something about Jeff Lemire's writing on this one isn't as good as Animal Man. Not sure what it is yet.

www.comicbookresources.com/print.php?type=ar&id=34915I can't believe Image is bringing back the Extreme line after over a decade!?! New Bloodstrike (written by Tim Seeley of Hack/Slash), Glory (with art by Ross F'n Campbell of The Abandonded & Shadoweyes), along with Prophet and others..... That's insane they're relaunching and picking up basically where they left off with most of the stories.

Does/Has Thanos ever had followers? Like a bunch of goons under him? Yes. During his first few appearences he had a bunch of space pirates that he used to hang around with, and before she became Adam's number one follower, Gamora was sort of raised as Thanos' daughter in a round about kind of way.
