With AIM being taken out back, what else is there?
Is there something besides Google+ that allows you to group chat without problems?
I miss the days of good old instant messaging, heh... early 2000's were such a simple time.

I dont know why AIM is being discontinued. Everyone says facebook has replaced it, but with FB, you have to wait for someone to post a response, and for the most part, everyone can see what you post on FB (Im sure theres a way to talk to one person directly).

If you use an Apple computer, iChat is pretty decent. It's what I use when I get on AIM. Which is pretty seldom these days.

That's the wall (Brother!), which is more of a public forum where your friends (And other friends, stupidly enough) can read your comments and what you post. However, the IM/private messages are only seen between you and whoever you send it to

I still use Yahoo messenger too. Granted, the only people I have on there are my wife and best friend, but I never talk to anyone else anyway.

I miss the days when I talked to a bunch of people on Yahoo messenger. I don't think any of them use it anymore, so I don't even have it installed anymore.
