I was thinking about a lame Jerry Lawler local commercial for "Fireworks City" that used to run every New Year's and 4th of July here in Memphis for years. Local commercials are always cheesy, but throw in wrestling stars, they're even cheesier.
Here's a few I found, including the Lawler one in question:

I want Warrior to cut a promo about an F-150 on his site.

There's one with a Pittsburgh-area pizza chain with Angle watching pizza toppings wrestle each other. It was done after he won the Olympics but before he became a WWE star, and the Rock played it on Raw to make fun of him. Too lazy to see if it's on youtube.

I either read it in an old magazine or heard it here, but the Von Erichs were supposed to do a Pizza Hut commercial in the mid 80's

It was during the period after WCW had folded but before Flair showed up in WWE. I remember thinking it was sad that he had to resort to that.

One of the greatest videos on youtube has a couple of local commercials that John Nord did for his dad`s car dealership.

As you can probably guess by my avatar of "Da Baron", I'm an AWA/WWA guy from way back, so I know my local ads pretty well.
The legendary Bobo Brazil & Chicago promoter Bob Luce for One-Stop:
(Yet, I can't find the ones with Dick the Bruiser.)
Another classic with Bob, this time with Yukon Moose Cholak:
(Al's is fantastic!)

Booker, c'mon man, that's one of the cheapest looking commercials I've seen. He's got to have enough money to afford something better than a $500 camcorder and edit in Windows Movie Maker.

I'm sure you can constantly see him at gas stations buying lottery tickets and scratching scratch tickets to win back some of the fortune he lost living the "Nature Boy" lifestyle!

That same commercial with Lawler on a rocket used to air here all the time around 1993 or 94. But for a different place called "Lawler's Fireworks" in Gulfport, MS. I wonder if Jerry is a part owner of those stores? I was thinking about a lame Jerry Lawler local commercial for "Fireworks City" that used to run every New Year's and 4th of July here in Memphis for years. If I remember correctly from reading his book, Jerry would loan out his name for a cut of the profits. He didn't actually own or run the stores in question, just the Jerry "The King" Lawler name.
